  1. I don't think it can be the training load. We've had a huge number of injuries over the past 6/7 years even stretching back to 2007ish. Especially in defence. Ferdinand and Vidic were on the injured list more often than not and Smalling, Jones and Evans have all struggled aswell over the past three seasons.
  2. It has? I wouldn't be surprised, but I haven't seen anything yet.
  3. Borini may aswell keeping running, he won't be seen at Anfield again.
  4. Yeah, he was pretty much nailed on for the next Ferrari seat
  5. Hamilton - 209,920 McIlroy - 123,745 Pavey - 99,913 I'm astonished it was that big of a gap.
  6. Not sure it's the right result but I'm delighted for Lewis!
  7. So Mane and Fellaini should have probably both been sent off. Huge three points.
  8. I'd still take a point at the minute. Hell of a ball from Rooney though.
  9. This isn't new from Southampton though, they've been playing like this for at least the last 18 months. We've been dreadful, barely got into their third of the pitch. McNair was taken off but Rojo and Fellaini are lucky to be on the pitch aswell. It's hard to judge Rooney or RVP's performance because I've only seem them once or twice.
  10. McNair has looked good in previous games but tonight, he was at least two yards off the pace. Looked shaky under early pressure by the Southampton forwards and gave the ball away pretty much every time he had it.
  11. McNair off. I feel for the lad but it was the right decision.
  12. Shocking all the way through this first half. No idea how we were infront, we've barely been in their third. McNair has been dreadful in possession and the rest of the team haven't been much better. Apart from Carrick, who looks as calm and composed as everyone else put together.
  13. I was, and still am, a goalkeeper. Not because I'm fat, and not because I'm the worst player on the team. Just because I'm half decent between the sticks and I enjoy it.
  14. Next year, the rules say that the number of engines drivers can use in a season is to be cut from five to four. But that presupposes there are no more than 20 races. The rules say each driver will be allowed five engines "if the number of events in the championship, as originally scheduled, exceeds 20". The key phrase being "as originally scheduled". The calendar announced on Wednesday is the "confirmed" schedule. Yet one of the 21 races on it - Korea - is "to be confirmed". So, now the Korean Grand Prix is on the calendar, teams can use five engines again in 2015. And that does not change even if the race drops off at a later date.
  15. 21 races with one less power unit?! I'd be very surprised if Korea actually went ahead. Mexico aswell.
  16. So, just McLaren left to complete the 2015 grid. That is, unless Caterham or Manor make it to Australia. Who do we think will drive the first McLaren Honda's since the early 90's? Alonso seems pretty much nailed on but who will be his teammate? I like Jenson and feel he's still got a lot to offer, especially as development is going to be a huge part of McLaren in 2015. However, I get the feeling it will be Magnussen in the second car.
  17. Poor goalkeeping that. Hart has to see the ball.
