I didn't like Halloween Kills, so I waited to see Halloween Ends. Watched it by myself, headphones on, and I really enjoyed it.

I don't like the Art The Clown / Terrifier movies, but I am really glad they've been successful.

Finally got my Curse Of Strahd campaign going again, and the party made some pretty big progress. I also came literally one initiative step away from killing a PC in what I thought would be a pretty simple fight. The party was facing a group of werewolves, and I decided to make some of the werewolves spellcasters when they were not in wolf form.

Same here. I've skipped the last two races and just caught the highlights.

I'm happy to see Aston get a good result. Even Stroll looked solid.

If you know what you're getting into, it's a bit easier. It's still a total pain in the ass, even when fully prepared.

I really need to sit down and watch these. I was watching the first one and just as it was getting to the climax, I got a phone call that just ruined the mood (nothing tragic, it just took me out of the moment) and I've never went back to finish the movie.

I don't think there has been a bad Scream movie. My least favourite is Scream 3, but Parker Posey is so much fun and I like the mansion at the end.

I'll give this a listen, for sure. Gourley does the podcast "With Gourley And Rust" - it's one of my favourite movie podcasts because they are almost never negative. They always find things they love and enjoy about movies. They started with the big franchises, and are now doing stuff like "yuppie nightmares" and "mining The Shining". I highly recommend it!

Question about The Fall Of The House Of Usher...

I am locked out of two missions by glitches. None that are part of the main plot, but still very annoying.

I know the move to pull Berrios got the heat - but that's not what ended the Blue Jays season. They just could not get a hit when they needed one. They lost 3-1 and 2-0 and had multiple opportunities to do damage, and they failed. That pick-off of Guerrero, taking the bat out of Bichette's hands with runners in scoring position - that felt way more damaging to the chances to win than the pitching move did.

That race must of been awful for the drivers. I do think the tire limits did keep the race closer than it would have been normally.

Totally Killer on Amazon Prime was a lot of fun. Like Back To The Future meets a slasher movie.

I just say they aren't there. If they had a plot important item, we just say someone else is borrowing it. I don't want to risk killing a PC while the player is away, or having them involved in something they wouldn't want to do. So the PC is just not there, and when they come back they get a recap and can react to whatever happened in the last session.

The Penguins are a very interesting team that could go either way. I'm hoping they are good - I am a big fan of Karlsson and want to see what he can do on a good team again.

I like the Leafs forward depth more with the additions of Domi and Bertuzzi. Adding Reaves doesn't really do anything for me. On defence, I like adding Klingberg on a one-year deal but I think the group is a bunch of 2nd and 3rd pairing guys after Morgan Reilly. In goal is a complete crap shoot. If Samsonov regresses at all, the Leafs don't have anyone else on the roster who I think could step up. Matt Murray was hit-or-miss last season, and he's going to miss a lot of time to start the season. Woll is unproven, and Martin Jones has been below average to awful over the last 4 seasons.

So silly. Obviously just a billionaire trying to get every single cent he can from the city.

Yeah - that's the thing with the Rays. They could be playing an entire roster of guys from Double A that have never played an inning in the majors, and a pitcher who's cross-eyed and can't see the plate. They'd still somehow win the game 6-5 on some bunt single and fielding error that you'd only see in a Rays vs Jays game.

I just don't look forward to having to win games against the Rays. Even when the Rays are the worst team in baseball, they always seem to give the Jays fits.
