  1. Jays start off strong with a 5-2 win in Tampa Bay, which is a big step for them, since TB usually has their number, ESPECIALLY at Tropicana Field. Three big home runs, from O-Dog, Wellsy, and Hinske. And everyone thought they'd be powerless without Delgado! Let's keep it up, boys!
  2. It's receeding hair, you asshole.
  3. Between the Buried and Me - Ad a Dglgmut [7'38] Metallica - One [7'24] The Red Chord - Sixteen-Bit Fingerprint [7'00]
  4. Bury Your Dead - Camo is my Favourite Colour The ultimate pump-up song, with really positive lyrics. Not all growling has to be negative, assholes. Most Precious Blood - The Great Red Shift, Collusionist, Life During Wartime. Poison the Well - Not Within Arms Length. Walls of Jericho - Misanthropy, A Little Piece of Me. Yup.
  5. Toronto's die-hard about the Leafs, but they could care less about any other Toronto team [case in point: the Roadies]. Montreal is die-hard about the Canadiens. Edmonton is die-hard because their fans constantly come back to them despite not being able to ice a semi-Stanley Cup contender within the past 10/15 years due to terrible budget constraints. Lots of support for minor hockey, as well. Let's just stick with Toronto, though, because I have first-hand experience here.
  6. Website - Uhhh.. www.rcdb.com <-- rollercoaster database Game (Computer or Non-Computer) - EHM [www.fhockey.com] CD - Between the Buried and Me - "The Silent Circus" Movie - Pulp Fiction Book - Microserfs by Douglas Coupland
  7. The Red Chord - Like a Train Through a Pigeon The Red Chord - Dreaming in Dog Years Between the Buried and Me - Ad a Dglgmut Between the Buried and Me - Aspirations Anything by the Black Dahlia Murder. It's cheesy but it's good. Duno if these are your tastes, but meh.
  8. Such as Liar Liar, Twister and Robin Hood : Men In Tights! amongst others. I thought he might have been Will Ferrel at first though ←
  9. 'SCUSE ME WHILE I KISS THE SKY. *guitar solo*
  10. ...which means if one of those teams managed to build a good team, they would be constantly running for good things, therefore bringing in the fans that would jump right onto the new bandwagon. As you admitted, tampa and florida when getting good results had fans, which only proves my point in my last post. A good team, even if located in a non-hockey town will bring fans. Maybe not so much for watching good hockey, but to see their team win. That would bring the money to keep it going. Did you read my whole post? Still, regardless of how many fans a team might have i think it's atrocious to kill the Stanley Cup champs. Maybe end it in a couple of years, or whenever you want, but just not the year they're title holders. I would say the same for anyother sport. By the way, now that noone will be playing during playoff time, that means the world cup/tournament/championship will have all stars in there, right? ←
  11. Great movie, better book. Palahniuk is a sick, twisted writer, and he's great at it. Very wordy, though, so if your word knowledge is not up to par, you might get confused
  12. The lead actor [forget his name] reminded me of Tim Robbins in some scenes. I think the writer casting himself to play 2nd lead was a bit stupid, especially since it's his first role. He didn't turn out as terribly as I expected, though. I thought it was a really good movie, but my opinion is probably amplified because I originally thought it would fucking suck. Great ending, though. No faults there, that was awesome.
  13. Opener hopesfall - Open Hands to the Wind Lamb of God - Black Label Closer Between the Buried and Me - Shevanel Cut a Flip Bury Your Dead - Mosh N' Roll Bury Your Dead - Losin' It Yeah these are all current, not all time or any of that shit.
  14. I'm a massive Family Guy fan, but I thought AD was terrible. "Where's the funny?" And so was the Simpsons episode before it. I've been a loyal Simpsons fan since the early 90s, but I've about had enough of it.
  15. Eminem, Dido [points to av], Frou Frou, Hilary Duff, Aaliyah That's mostly it
  16. I've just begun watching at the start of Season 2, so I'm still unfamiliar with a lot of things going on. I can say, however, that Alex is one hot chick. Like, really, REALLY hot. Damn hot. I've been liking what I'm seeing, but some parts are still making me yell at the TV for being stupid. The scene in the jeep with Seth, Ryan, and.. the other guy [Zack?].. for example. Seth: I have a BIG problem here. My girlfriend's ex-girlfriend is a chick! I mean, there's only one thing I can do about that! Guy: [says something stupid] Seth: No! It's to ask her why she did it! Was I the ONLY ONE begging for Zack to say "Nail 'em both?" I couldn't have been the only one. It would've been the ULTIMATE guy move! I got too worked up over that one.
  17. I just picked up the BYD CD "Cover Your Tracks" about a week ago. I agree, and the Tom Cruise song titles is funny shit. Only drawback is that it's too short. Most songs clock in at about 2 minutes and a half, with a few exceptions. Although I'm not complaining because that's perfectly exceptable for Hardcore. EDIT: Oh, and check out the band A Perfect Murder. 'Timebomb' and 'Possessed' are two songs you should listen to. ←
  18. I was going to put Mudvayne on mine. Then I realized it was supposed to be a list of GOOD bands starting with M. Mudvayne died after LD50.
  19. Modern Life is War, Most Precious Blood, Misery Signals, Matthew Good Band.. ..yeah M is a decent letter.
  20. Between the Buried and me - the best band you've never heard of, from North Carolina. Courtesy Blush - Gotta pimp the local tech-screamo, from Toronto/Thornhill. Yeah that's all I can name right now.
  21. The Incredibles. In Good Company. Finding Neverland. In that order.
  22. Watched an entire ep for the first time tonight. Was pretty good, I was enjoying it. Gotta say, it's been a good week for new TV shows - 24, Quintuplets [season finale, unfortunately, but it kicked ass], and now the OC. Too bad I have no time to WATCH any of them, with school and work taking up all of my time in the coming weeks.
