This week's Discover Weekly for me included Freeze The Atlantic, Tenacious D, Blur, Queens of the Stone Age and Johnny Marr. I approve.

The Humble Monthly Bundle is out and looks good. Ark: Survival Instinct, Wasteland 2: Director's Cut, Grav, Shantae & The Pirate's Curse, Sentinels of the Multiverse, I Am Bread and a couple of small Humble exclusive games too. Not bad for $12. Next month's bundle will have South Park: The Stick of Truth and This War of Mine included.

Liam won our game. Drew Brees and Antonio Gates were on fire and I just couldn't deal with them then had no answer offensively when it mattered on fourth down a couple of times when I needed to try and get some points on the board. Really need to work on defending in this game as I'm inept at it by and large. Where's this defence assist button y'all were talking about?

Yeah I've seen him five or six times now. Always a cracking show. If you've seen the story he tells about the forensics guy and the farmer during the foot and mouth outbreak I was in the comedy club the night that happened

The Glasgow Comedy Festival is in a couple of weeks as well. Quite want to go see Adam Hills at the King's and need to look into the programme and see if there's anything else on I fancy. I miss the year I won a Channel 4 competition and they sent me to Edinburgh, put me up in a hotel and I got unlimited access to a few venues.

PC remote play would be nice if my PC wasn't right next to my PS4.

Forgot to mention before one thing on my Bucket List is to get to The Globe to see a play at some point.

Last thing I saw was The Winter's Tale starring Kenneth Branagh and Judi Dench a few months ago. Was really really good but not as good as when I saw Henry V at the National with Jude Law, but since Henry V is my favourite Shakespeare play it was going to be hard to top it for me. Even then though that's not the best show I've ever seen as War Horse is to me on a different level than anything else. It's simply sublime but if you haven't seen it @K you've only got 11 days because the run at the New London ends on March 12. It was so good I did seriously consider journeying down to London to see it again before the run ends because it's one of those plays that just stays with you once it's done. For comedies my three best are Noises Off and Donkeys Years (both written by Michael Frayn) and The Play That Goes Wrong. Again if they ever come near you go and see them because they're all very, very, very good - especially The Play That Goes Wrong, it's so well put together. In terms of musicals Les Miserables is my favourite although The Lion King is extraordinary and Blood Brothers is good entertainment too.

And the hundredth person can recite "how does the bastard orphan son of a whore and a Scotsman, dropped in the middle of a forgotten spot... " from memory.

Not seen In The Heights live but listened to the soundtrack enough times after seeing them do a little bit on the Tony Awards a few years ago now.

Wait LMM actually got round to completing the Hamilton Mixtape? If it comes to London I'm making the trip.

Absolute game of two halves there. Down 21-0 at half time against the Broncos, had a nightmare first half giving up three interceptions and Rivers only throwing at about 40% completion while Sam Bradford must have hit 10 for 10 to start. Passing game and running game both weren't working in the first half. Much better improvement in the second half but wasn't enough as went down 31-24.

Sunday afternoon.

Won 20-10 against the Jaguars. Much better performance this time from the QB, passes actually went where I wanted them to instead of into the hands of the other team, plus I managed to pluck out a couple of their longer passes for turnovers. Also had a scare when I accidentally called an audible and had no clue what play I was now running then didn't know where the ball was - turned out it was with the HB who was running about clueless at the bottom of my screen while I'm scanning the runners for a possible pass. Just happy to get a win on the board though.

I knew going in I'm not very good at this game but that opener against Oakland just drove the point home. I was surviving as their offence was having a terrible time of it and I was up 3-0 going into the final quarter and then I just disintegrated; gave up a TD then an interception which became a TD when I went chasing the game and they finished it off with a field goal to win 17-3.
