So, apparently the FM2012, Cave Story +, Costume Quest and Psychonauts achievements were false positives. Also, crafting coal sucks, because all I got was a voucher for a game that's already 50% off, and I'm not even interested in it. Think I'll save my coal now and hope for the best.

I finally got around to getting this game, and I have to ask, am I doing something wrong with the reversals? Because they just seem atrocious. Most the time I can't even reverse a move, and when the prompt shows up to tell me I can, it doesn't stay on long enough for me to register it and press the button.

So what exactly do the pieces of coal do?

I got 50% of any Valve game, but can't use it until 2nd January.

Well, it's more that as soon as I buy a copy it seems to vanish, leading me to buy another one. The last one I bought was the 2 disc special edition, but that appears to have gone as well. I wonder if there is an edition with even more discs .

I suppose that would've been a good idea really. Well these are the DVDs that are currently sitting on my shelf: I also know that I have 8 Mile, The Quick and the Dead, The Big Lebowski, and about 3 copies of Scarface lying about somewhere.

Simply put, I don't own enough DVDs. I really want to have myself a good collection of films/tv series/documentaries etc to watch, both that I've seen, as well as ones I want to see/really should see. So I figured I may as well make a thread of it. But, rather than just have a few replies of DVDs I should purchase, I figured I'd open it up a bit more, so that people can be recommended things, but also so that people can suggest DVDs that they really enjoy. So EWB, recommend me some DVDs.

According to IGN's list of things being added to the dashboard, yeah it's only available in the UK.

It triggered for me in the middle of Winterhelm, but that's because a dragon attacked the city, which caused the NPC that triggers the quest to move from where she should have been.

I started playing this evening. It is hard as balls, I have nothing else to say on the matter.

I'm quite confused. I left the Riverwood Trader to be confronted by three hired thugs. After killing them I read the contract, which says it was put out by Louis Letrush, to rough me up for being a thief. Now, while I was a thief, I did it to steal him his horse. I never tried to take the horse from him, and took my agreed payment. Anybody know why he would've sent these guys after me?

Sounds like a plan. I'm at work 2-10 tomorrow and 3-11 Wednesday, but I have Thursday and Friday off, and I really need to give my xbox some more love, it's been getting neglected because of FM.

LoveFilm are sending me Gears 3. I've got work for a couple of days, but anybody up for a game late Wednesday night/ most of Thursday?

Cheers. Got any idea how to switch to it? in FM11 it came up beforehand with which database update to use and I could switch it from there, but can't find a way to switch the database on FM12.

Has anybody found a good mod yet that adds the lower leagues? The nearest I found was a messageboard discussing one, but couldn't find a link for it. I want to take Hednesford from the slums of the Northern Premier League to Champions League glory. Or, alternatively, take them from the slums of the NPL, to maybe one season in the Conference North.

I was having a bit of trouble yesterday, but it seems to be working fine for me at the moment.

Despite the fact around 3/4 of my team consists of players that weren't attached to any clubs, I've managed to put myself together a fairly good team. After a shaky start (a 6-0 loss to Crewe) I managed to go unbeaten in 10 in all competitons, and have only lost one league game in the last 11. I'm sitting in 10th after 12 games, which is fairly good for a completely makeshift squad. The only thing I would like is for my squad to win more games, while I've only lost 2 of the 12 games, I've drawn 6, and if just a couple of them could've been wins I would be sitting in the automatic promotion places. I've also managed to get some of the fans back. Whereas I was averaging between 1100 and 1300 last season, I'm currently getting crowds of between 2800 and 3300. I just need to try and draw in a few more to help improve my finances.

So Bury get taken over, and I manage to survive through, which should be a good thing. Which is until the new chairmen tells me he has no intention of investing money into the club for me to spend yet, and then severs ties with both Preston and Man United. Brilliant. Edit: Oh this new chairman is a douche. Refuses to increase my transfer budget (which currently stands at around £6) so that I can rebuild the squad. He then also refuses to look into a parent club for us to get good players for free.

I may have to attempt this for next season then. After a season in charge of Luton (which didn't end well) I ended up at Bury, who had been relegated from League One, and were sitting in the relegation zone when I took over over them. The attendances have been very poor, with them being as low as 1100 when I took over (hence looking for the legend to try and bring the crowd back). I managed to save them from relegation, although it went to the last game of the season. In the end it was AFC Wimbledon and Burton that went down, with my victory over Burton recently being the only reason they went down over me. But it will be an interesting post season now. Many players do not wish to resign, meaning that I may have to have a complete overhaul of the team, which will be all the harder if I have no transfer money, which seems likely.

I never actually managed to find a club legend who would sign for me, so I guess we'll never know. Although I have managed to get the attendance up by a few hundred. Not much, but it helps.

Just out of curiosity, can teams dissolve? Or do they just go into administration for a while?
