I can't decide whether I want Red or Yellow version. Red because I always preferred it (despite having Red and Blue as a kid), and Yellow because it would mean I'd have access to all three starters (I believe), but really I'd be fine with just Charmander.

I was hoping it would be a package deal instead of buying each separately (not sure why I thought that; wishful thinking maybe), but I'll probably grab Red. Not sure if I'll be getting Sun or Moon, though. I may be at the point where I'm over new Pokemon games. Of course, six months from now I may be on the hypetrain

I played in the closed beta(s?) and it seemed okay. I doubt I would get it unless I had people to play with, but even then I'm not sure if it would really be something I'd spend much time on.

Basically what it comes down to with Steam sales is "oh that's pretty cheap." Unless it's a good deal I won't bother for the most part. I was thinking about Skyrim legendary, but after beating it I just never felt like playing it again, even with DLC and mods at my disposal now.

That was my "why not" purchase. Though I thought today that I wanted to get Ori I also got Psychonauts since it was a buck and The Room since it wasn't much more.

I've never bred for nature/ability for the actual game. Post game for competitive I would breed for that (and IV/EV), but then I get bored of Pokemon until the new one comes out

Now that I have a brand new computer u took advantage of the event sale. Got cities skylines, half life compete, dead space pack, goat simulator, and xcom enemy unknown pack.

Would anyone be willing to send me a Hoopa sometime this weekend so that I can get the Dex data, then I could send it back? Don't think you can get it via GTS, but it'll at least give me credit for having all the legendary ones again

Yeah I can't say I really care for the new Pokemon (anyone else get reminded of Diancie from it?), but if it becomes available I'll get it. I can't let another Hoopa situation happen again

If you still have a spare code I could take it off your hands. Also, I had over 1,000 BP after hoarding it from Bank, and it still wasn't enough to get everything I wanted in Omega Ruby I got all of the battle items I wanted (only ones I'm missing are the ring target, air balloon and iron ball I think), and then a few evolutionary items I want. 29 days left so hopefully that'll be long enough for Bank to get me the BP I need.

Right now I'm basically moving all my supplies from other settlements to Sanctuary. I couldn't really care if the other settlements get attacked, and I want all my crafting stuff in one area. Eventually I'll move everything to the drive in since it has a good sized flat area to work with. Also, I got a set of the X-01 power armor

I enjoyed those games. I HAVE those legendaries, just not spares

Don't think I'm too far into the main story, but I was wandering around yesterday doing a side mission (help a settlement) and I cam across a behemoth in the middle of a small junkyard sort of area. I ended up blowing up all of the cars to do damage to it and then hid in a nearby bus so that it couldn't hit me <_<

Well damn. I don't have a spare of either of those :/

I was hoping I had the Victini I got from my original White game as a spare but I don't :/ I assume you really wouldn't be willing to trade for anything else?

So I ended up getting the Xbox One MC Collection in white (arrives Friday). Chose that over the 1TB system because external storage is a thing, and the white system looks really nice. Better not regret this

So I just got the stuff I ordered today (Hoard of the Dragon Queen, Players Handbook, and DM Screen) and first impressions are: 1) The DM Screen is beautiful. I love the artwork on the outside (typical party fighting a dragon), but the inside is really nice. Compared to the one we had in 4e, it's just nicely laid out. The little artwork is a great touch (especially the artwork next to the condition descriptions), but also the NPC generator panel + random event table I think can be quite handy for some DMs. and 2) thus far the classes look good. I really like that feats are a lot less now and are optional in place of the ability score improvement, because there were just way too many feats by the end of 4e (and ones that shouldn't have been feats what with some of the things in 5e, like just being able to draw a weapon for free). I've only skimmed through Barbarian, Bard, and Cleric, but they look neat. I'm sure it would take some getting used to no powers like in 4e, but I'm looking forward to it.

Ended up ordering the 5e player's handbook, a DM screen, and the Hoard of the Dragon Queen adventure because fuck it. From the sounds of it, 5e is a lot more simplified which I like (having to calculate bonuses and penalties in the middle of combat so much ended up becoming a time waster, so the new advantage/disadvantage mechanic I look forward to seeing in action). Mainly want to run through it would a couple people I know, but once I get more comfortable I may want to try DMing it on Roll20 or something. And then I can see about trying to make an Avatar campaign work in 5e somehow.

So the group I was in kind of ended. We hadn't done anything at all since my Avatar campaign ended several months ago, and since I moved to a new state I don't see anything happening. Has anyone on here thought of doing a 5e campaign? I've wanted to try 5e but have nobody to really do that with. Or has anyone actually played 5e and have any thoughts?

Just beat the Elite Four using Scyther, Volcarona, Scolipede, Leavanny, and Heracross. Ditched Armaldo since I didn't feel like I needed it for much. Now I get to look forward to finding out where all the evolutionary stones/items in the game are and trying to catch Articuno. Then I can try to decide whether I want to bother starting another game to get Moltres
