  1. The server I play on reset the other day to have a new seed, and the set up is so much better. There's three towns to live in, based around Rooster Teeth stuff (RvB, Achievement Hunter, and RWBY) and the plots sizes increased from 17x17 to 32x32. The problem is the new plot sizes make it so that I can't have a small house centered (wanted it 15x15) and I have no idea what to do with it. I have a house almost completed but I really don't know if I care for it.
  2. The trade thing still has as many morons as ever. Sometimes people will request a legendary that legitimately cannot be traded over it (due to a ribbon from an even or something), and it's just frustrating. I really hope with ORAS they make it so you can't request Pokemon that are only obtainable via event and can't be traded through the GTS.
  3. If you don't already, you should definitely get the Hatching O-Power maxed out as well.
  4. So I think I finally had an encounter that was just too OP, or designed to take far too long. Basically, I wanted the encounter to be in a darkened room (they had a Firebender, so I had planned on taking him out to keep it dark after that), against one guy who not only surrounded himself in rock to look like a statue, but also created three other statues as well. I wanted it to be a battle slash puzzle of trying to figure out which was the real one (by having the real guy make a free attack if he wasn't attacked during an entire round, and having the statues charge and deal massive damage and immediately crumble). Problem I think ended up being that I had each statue not be a minion, and I gave the actual guy way too many hit points (it didn't help that they really only attacked the other three to begin with). I thought it would end up being an interesting encounter, but it ended up being executed poorly on my part. The potential little side plot to keep them busy probably won't go through because I just don't think one of the players even cares about doing side stuff and just wants to not interact with NPC's at all.
  5. Ended staying up until like 3 in the morning playing a game of King on the RT server I'm on, and it was pretty damn fun. The first task was to replace a flag behind the throne with red wool instead of blue. I had found 5 wool and needed one more until I was tricked and killed. The person who replaced the flag messed up and made it two blocks too long in a Gavin-esque blunder, so I ended up climbing up and knocking it off to win anyway. Second task was to create a snowman which I won. Then there was making a cake which I didn't both trying with, and after a bit the final thing was to find the king and kill them. It was taking too long to start so I ended up getting ready to hop off, which is when it actually started. I ended up finding the King immediately, but wasn't trying to win. They moved once I found them and eventually made it down to the maze under Ryan's house (where they had the final task during Mad King Ryan), and after everyone else was trying to find the king she ended up sneaking out of the maze back inside Geoff's house. Took probably ten minutes before anyone realized and came back to the surface. It's going to suck because the server is trying a new seed on Monday as a test, which means all the LP's and stuff that was built is gonna be gone. If people like the idea and we keep the new seed rather than the current one, I'm hoping people get that stuff built quickly again.
  6. I haven't played this in a while and the only reason I want to is to attempt to 100% the achievements... I still need to check out the online portion, but while I had fun playing it it definitely doesn't seem like something to keep longterm. Of course, if I keep it any longer then it might become like Black Flag where it's not even worth trading it (though at least Black Flag has the multiplayer I enjoy, until people annoy me )
  7. I'm leaning towards Ruby, but it might depend what other exclusives they announce.
  8. There's going to be a new WWE logo? And yeah. I'm really surprised there hasn't been anything revealed from the game itself, considering this is 2K's first WWE game on their own/not just taking over from what THQ had in place.
  9. How did the pre-order with Warrior work last year? Was it a code inside the actual game case? I'm actually considering this game for Sting alone, but footage will be the decision maker. I had fun with 2k14 with a friend when I had got it through Gamefly. It won't be a game I play online most likely, just because I dealt with my share of people using glitches move sets (and acting like they didn't know what I was talking about upon mentioning it to them). At least not with random people. Definitely fun to create atrocities like Achievement Hunter did with their two LP's.
  10. Thing that sucks about the Xbox version is you actually need the person with the world to be online and in the game to even go into it, which can suck if you want to hop in a world a lot of people play on.
  11. I was thinking of creating an EWB City, sort of like Achievement City, but I have no idea how many people from here even have it on the 360 and would actually play.
  12. Far Cry 3 was the first Far Cry game I played and it was pretty damn fun. Has me excited for Far Cry 4 even though I won't be able to get it.
  13. I think you can actually play a timed demo for the PC version. You could whenever I had bought the game, anyway.
  14. You need to go through some hoops or something to get a server going, but the Minecraft Realms thing is basically friends can join sort of thing I think. It requires a subscription or something, though.
  15. Ended up joining a server with Rooster Teeth fans and made a house I'm most proud of. It has four rooms themed to the four elements. Now that I've finished the house I've been obsessed with fireworks
  16. I've learned season passes with Ubisoft games are kind of meh. It's usually an extra mission or something and then some free items. I got the season pass for AC III and the idea of the Washington stuff sounded interesting, but I ended up finding it to be rather meh.
  17. Yeah, on that podcast I believe they said a few days after someone made the "too much work/money to put into creating female characters" comment, I guess someone else in Ubisoft made a (much better) claim that despite having the co-op story, everyone would still be playing as Arno despite the people you're playing with looking differently. It's a bit more understandable for why you can't play as a female in the story, but it would be nice if a main Assassin's Creed game had a playable female or if you could choose between male or female at the beginning. By that I mean a game that isn't exclusive to a handheld that didn't seem all that popular at the time.
  18. Is anyone else having issues with Gotham City Impostors? Never find a match and keep getting disconnected from Live.

    1. Sean O'Game

      Sean O'Game

I'm getting slight lag issues and disconnects here and there.

  19. It actually isn't too bad playing with random people, though it really depends who you get paired with. I was like 2 or 3 and got paired with level 20 somethings, but they weren't using game chat so for all I know they could have been shitting on me .
  20. Honestly, I think the series in Sinnoh with Paul was the best of the anime, at least the stuff that included Ash and Paul. He was a fantastic rival and the battles were pretty awesome. Plus, the contests thing is actually interesting as opposed to in the games. Cilan seems more like trying to make Brock differently. Instead of having a running gag of hitting on every woman he runs into, he makes some sort of food comment.
  21. Do any of the new jobs have a decent money or RP payout?
  22. Played some Payday 2 yesterday with a friend and we suck. Failed the Jewelry Store mission probably five times due to dying (we did manage to get one bag in the van, which was confusing because we had grabbed all the jewelry and I assume we would have had two bags total and needed six). Failed the bank heist a couple times, and finally managed to complete the mall one. I ended up switching from the Ghost tree to the Technician tree. I finally understand how the ECM Jammer works, but I think that tree is my least favorite of the four. The other three seem a lot more useful with later skills, at least to me.
  23. I hate having to decide on times to have a session sometimes. I prefer having all three players around, but it's tough when one of them isn't able to and it means postponing when it would mean not having another session for a couple weeks. Doesn't help that when I tried postponing again last week, another player made a comment about how "oh it's up to them then?" despite the fact I also postpone game if he's not available. Thankfully I only have a couple more sessions planned before taking a short break with my campaign.
  24. I played it when it was free on the 360. I thought I wouldn't like it because of a friend who tends to go over the top when anyone plays a game he enjoys, but it was actually a really good and fun game.
  25. Redownlaoded Team Fortress 2 and I'm still as shit as ever, in the ten minutes I played .
