  1. That's College Football Hall of Famer Cade McNown to you, sir. (Also, I was looking at his wiki and McNown's stats aren't even *that* bad. Low completion percentage, 13-16 TD to INT, but still better than Trevor Lawrence!) Bears fans are going to be real disappointed when they don't get Harbaugh. At least we'll probably fall back to Rick Bisaccia if we don't.
  2. Yeah, it wasn't the TO, it was giving up 10 yards on a 3rd and 4.
  3. I'm now convinced this shit is a work.
  4. Brandon Staley out here like me in NCAA/Madden, thinking 'They can't stop me twice.'.
  5. C'mon, Baltimore, don't let Captain Fat Fuck - Leader of Men win his last game, you aren't the Browns.
  6. Lions are throwing it all out there too, might not matter if they both win. Dan Campbell doesn't seem like the type to lose for draft position. I don't know if we would, rather get the win even if Tennessee is a better match-up than KC.
  7. It seems to be the sentiment from Broncos fans on Reddit that he'd join Harbaugh. I do believe you are wrong in thinking he massively underachieved at Michigan, the expectations of Michigan fans did not and do not meet up with the realities of their program. That said, I couldn't care less about his time at Michigan, success at the college level is not an indicator of success at the NFL level. His time in SF, however, is. He lost his job when he kicked a FG instead of trying to beat Kansas City. Also, lol, Jacksonville is gonna win. Now I just need the Ravens to get it together and I can chill and enjoy the game no matter what tonight.
  8. Man, Vic Fangio is going to be so awesome as the Raiders DC under Harbaugh next year.
  9. Tim Couch could have been good, but being a rookie QB for an expansion team is a shit spot to be in.
  10. I wouldn't extend Baker, but that's just me. He's the most successful Browns QB since Bernie Kosar, but he's...not great, honestly. Also, I mentioned it in the CFB thread, but I'm trying to speak it into existence, so... Jim Harbaugh might leave Michigan to coach the Raiders. This would be excellent.
  11. Jim Harbaugh might be leaving Michigan... To go to the Raiders. Yes, please.
  12. I know this is old but I rarely venture into the music folder... This feels really weird to me. 'Punk Rock Girl' is one of my favorite tracks, it's like, perfectly light and fun, and this take is really weird. Like, the twang makes it feel very strange to me. I dunno if I like it, and it's not like I dislike punk that dips into country influence, like all my favorite G.G. stuff is like that. Also, since punk straddling genres got brought up, I know The Clash were mentioned, but, man, Joe Strummer was a fucking musical genius and could do anything. His solo work is amazing, The Clash are amazing. I know it didn't need to be said, but any time I have a chance to sing his praises I will.
  13. Better chance then the Browns winning tonight with Baker Mayfield at QB.
  14. 'A bunch of stuff' being a Steelers loss and a Colts loss.
  15. I think this is only our second winning season in the history of EWB...
  16. It was amusing how people were talking about how Cincy proves G5 didn't belong in the CFP only to have Michigan look worse (and I was pulling for the Wolverines). Cincy played decent enough on defense that they could have made it a game if they had better QB play, I think Ridder really got exposed, but they just don't have the athletes on the line to make it happen. I turned off the UGA/UM game at the half, they don't even have the excuse of G5 recruiting that Cincy does. Edit: Thinking about it, Saban would have just leaned even more on the run of Cincy had a better QB, so I'm not sure that the Bearcats could win that game regardless.
  17. I had the chance to see D.I. live at a VFW Hall in like, 2016-2017, where Casey was trying to get a 16 year old to show her tits (never meet your heroes), so I'm good on that, tbh.
  18. We've won like 6 of the last 7 against Denver and now have a winning record. Of course, if you looked anywhere you'd think we were the Jaguars or something.
  19. The Clash at Bond's in 1981. Unfortuately, they never played CBGBs, so that would have to do.
  20. We may suck, but the salty ass Browns fans on r/NFL make this a nice win.
  21. So hyped right now. So, the NCAA Football series is my favorite game series ever. I'm sure most of you know it ended in 2014, though due to changes to what's allowed for players it's coming back. Anyway, I'd had a copy since day one, but it got put in storage due to a move, and lost because it didn't get paid for, long story. Well, the game has sky-rocketed in price, typically around $150-200. Found it for $100 at Frank & Sons (some of you might have heard of them, they used to run wrestling shows, it's like a giant indoor nerd swap meet. Anime, sports, wrestling, comics they have stalls for all kinds of shit, really cool). Also, in the last few years, the games code has been cracked, so there's mods and updates for it called 'College Football Revamped'. I'm currently going through the trouble of setting that all up. Can't wait to dive in.
  22. If Urban's past is anything to go by, 'health issues'.
  23. The Multiverse makes the Letitia Wright thing a non-issue. Just...
