Played quite a lot this week and I've really gotten into Ultimate Team for the first time ever. My only issue with it is a lot of the games, my opponents aren't even playing football - just trying to spam any minor exploits they can. Made it to division 5 on seasons and lost in the final of the Weekend league qualifiers. Despite my limited experience, I'm already fed up of the following; Opponents playing 433, with as many plus 85 pace players as possible (with SBC Sterling, Sony and Barry for good measure). Opponent never passing backwards. Ever. And taking no more than one touch until they get it to a player they can dribble with. 'Park The Bus' from kick off. The angry 'you just scored against me, so now I'm going to try and dribble straight from kick off' routine. Even worse that it has worked on occasion. Players sprinting, out of possession, with their front three for 90 minutes, yet they still have the energy to get on to their 100th hopeful through ball in stoppage time. Still the usual FIFA bullshit of inexplicable goalkeeping errors leading to a late equaliser for the team that has been absolutely dominated (had this happen both for and against me). Bonus annoyance if it's also the team's first shot at goal. Christian Benteke. Got him in a pack yesterday and replaced my all time top scorer, Solomon Rondon, since every one of Benteke's stats are better. Went on to miss two open goals on his debut, in a 1-0 defeat. All that said, it's incredibly addictive. Hopefully going to have another crack at qualifying for the weekend league tonight.

When? He's been largely mediocre this season, along with everyone else. Our best individual player has arguably been Valencia who, for all his improvement, still looks like a winger playing at full back. No one has excelled in more than the odd game so far. So, fairly new to Ultimate Team but I've been playing a lot this week. Got myself a basic Premier League team together, which I can only really improve now buy spending 10k+ on individual players. I've bought a few gold packs so far, including one of the premium ones, but haven't really gotten much to shout about. Back on around 15k coins now - are packs worth it, or is it better just to keep saving them up from matches played?

Born in Manchester, lived in Salisbury until I was 8, spent most of my youth in Lincolnshire and now live in Newcastle. Not sure who my 'local' team would even be. Pretty much the only reason I became a United fan is my mum's side of the family are from Manchester and all support United. That was my influence when I was getting into football. I don't really care if people don't support their local team, especially in this day and age where people move all over and just about everything is televised. Part of me wonders if this was Mourinho's plan with Rooney all along. None aside from editing yourself, sadly. There are a load of tutorials on youtube for kits etc that show how to create stuff on Xbox, but massively time consuming as you would imagine.

Also, if it does crash, it will still have saved the images you were trying to upload, which will eat up space (you can only have x amount of each image type). Make sure, if it does crash, that you go in and delete said images before trying to re-upload, as it doesn't overwrite the existing ones.

There are 3 fake leagues in the game. One European, One Asian and One South American. I would imagine Liga MX and CSL auto write over the relevant ones. Either way, you can choose which team to overwrite with each imported team. Also @Davidmarrio , really easy to install - plenty of tutorials around to. I would go for PES world to start with. I used their file for Prem/Championship/La Liga and Serie A and it's pretty good. http://www.pesworld.co.uk/ps4-downloads There are a few on pesgaming as well, where I've just kinda mixed and matched for the other leagues and random teams.

Some really decent option files out there now. Been looking around today and when I get home tonight I should have complete updates for the Prem, Championship, La Liga/Liga 2, Serie A, Liga NOS, Bundesliga, Liga MX and the CSL. As well as updated kits/squads for national teams and some individual extra European teams. Will mean starting my ML again, but I was regretting starting my Burton game without the ML defaults anyway, so no harm done. Just can't decide who to start with now. I usually play as United, with the default players but then that takes away one of the top sides when you actually get promoted to the Prem. Might create my own team and put them into the Championship.

Had nothing but a good time with this so far. PES world have released a decent option file, so gonna combine that with the pes gaming one tonight to get my Master League going. Just played online last night. 6 games and only had lag in the first (which was odd as that was the only one I changed the search options to find a "better" connection). Also, FYI, edited emblems/kits do work online (for you at least, your opponent sees their own). Got Ronaldo, Mathieu, Falcao, Gueye, Dani Alves, Abate and Vierinha from My Club spins. Results were; W 5-0, 1-1, 1-1, W 2-1, L 3-6, W 11-0. The guy in the last game was terrible, but made up for the previous game where I was 1-0 up at half time and somehow got destroyed second half. I don't normally play much PES online, but might do a bit more this year.

Been at football so didn't see the game. Sounds like the team made a good case for Rooney not starting games anyway...

Eh, cracking game to be fair. First half cost us massively. Players on both sides looked absolutely knackered. Probably doesn't help having an early Saturday kick off when some players only got back in the country in the early hours of Friday. But another 90 minutes of Wayne Rooney contributing absolutely nothing. At this point, I'm convinced it's written into his contract that he plays every game. Realistically, this game should tell Jose that Lingard, Blind and Rooney don't feature in our best 11. Fellaini did alright again but, aside from his aerial presence, I'm not sure what he offers that Schneiderlein doesn't do better.
