Tobes' contract extension has been triggered - meaning that he can be picked up for peanuts if someone meets that minimum fee release clause.

Are Arsenal excluded?

Because that’d be great if we weren’t.

Bournemouth have agreed to take Nathaniel Clyne on loan from Liverpool until the end of the season.

Came a bit out of nowhere that one. Be a good move for him like get regular football and Bournemouth are getting a right back who'll consistently give them a 6/7 out of 10 performance.

Must be banking on Gomez providing cover there and if not Fabinho and Milner who could play there.

Seems Ki Jana Hoever might be getting nearer the first team too.

Bit of a mad one that.

I thought he was decent last season and he got plenty of game time. Whilst he needs to work on his finishing, he could hold the ball up, fit in with the build up play and could create chances for himself.

I wouldn't begrudge him the move and I'd like to see him stay however for that amount it'd be stupid to not consider it.

Mike Edwards has played a blinder?

Mike Edwards with his 4D transfer dealings.

Still find it mad we've gotten so much for the likes of Brad Smith, Jordon Ibe and now Solanke from Bournemouth whilst getting stupid fees for Danny Ward and Kevin Stewart as well in recent years.

I remember the days in which we'd sign our 4th or 5th choice target or sell people for absolutely nothing.

Beijing Sinobo Guoan have made an approach to sign Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele, Sky Sports News understands. The 31-year-old’s Spurs contract is due to expire at the end of the season and the Chinese Super League club have freed a space to sign a new foreign player after Jonathan Soriano joined Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.

Sky sources understand that Real Madrid are close to landing a permanent deal for Manchester City winger Brahim Diaz. The player is due in Madrid in the next 24 hours to finalise the transfer, having rejected a contract offer to stay at City.
