I would reccomend Climbatize by Prodigy. It has some great horn work... it might be a synthasized horn, but it's haunting nonetheless.

As for recent third wave style songs with Sax try the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Five Iron Frenzy, Buck-O-Nine, Hepcat (with two sax players and very jamaican ska influenced), and some stuff already mentioned. Most of this stuff is not really the same but they have good songs. You just have to look for them.

Also, check out some Dave Matthews Band. Their sax player gets pretty awesome... especially on the Listener Supported stuff.
