I'm not shocked that Casper is/was the owner but the fact that he has been killed off so soon! He was surely the next Fletch and the man to finish the last ever series next year as a legend but now who will take on the mantle as the fan favourite next year?

Any opinions on the show?

Dempsey is in shock after he discovers that he's committed murder. Lynda helps him prepare an alibi, but as he gets set to confess to the police, she drops a bombshell...

I can't believe they've killed Casper off, him being the owner - well it coming to light - seriously added a new dimension to his character, the backlash should be an awesome watch, though.

Yeah and with an episode called the rose of england also coming up. Eugene will finally get his recognition! I hope in inherits the club off his brother and I really hope Terry Rose hasn't got anything to do with the club because in my opinion it would make zero sense. Oh and yeah I totally agree with Lynda being pregnant with another bas*ard child from somebody involved with the club.

Also someone pleae kill Dempsey. Awful character in every way!

I liked him for a while, but, I mean, with Casper dead, how are we meant to find out WHY he was helping Dempsey ALL his career.. who else could explain it?

I hated Eugene at the start of the season, but I've grew to like him a lot more, Liam's still my favourite character this season by far, though.

Casper told Lynda, it must be something big because Lynda didn't want to tell Alex so hopefully its not a big letdown.

Oh shit yeah, he told Lydna then it cut, of course. So, maybe that's what she'll reveal to him, that stops him admitting it? It has to be something huge, has to be.

If only they'd ran with the original plan of having Jaws as the owner : Psycho keepers > Casper.. Although I swear Cas was Fletches long lost brother

I was really hoping Jaws would wind up the owner, that would have been immense. I still miss the team of last season, a lot.

From what I was reading Jaws was planned to be the owner but couldn't get the actor in due to other commitments. Got me wondering though on the finish without an owner? Perhaps a return for LUIS AMOR RODRIGUES!

It will go to whoever Cas left in his will.

So, that means it is either Terry Rose his dad, him mum (I forget the name), Eugene, or Ashleigh.

But, if he never left a will, it goes to his Next of Kin, which would be his father Terry (Eugene = adopted brother, mother = ill, Ashleigh = not yet married).

I guess it's too late to try and get back into this.

I can't say him leaving it to his dad, as that was part of the deal of Cas getting all the money. Terry gets nothing.

Perhaps Dempsey is another of Terry Rose's bastard childs, and Terry took advantedge of Cas owning the club to manouvre Dempsey into telling him.

That post made no sense, but you get my jist.

I actually thought that might be the case, when it was revealed Cas was the owner. It was the only reason I could think Cas would be willing to help Demps.
