For that price they can have him, he's got too slow and against Wigan Roberts picked him apart, on form (especially for England) he can be amazing but he's getting on and I'd like to see a decent replacement.

That's a ridiculous price for him. I always expected him to leave on a free when his contract was up, not a big-money deal to a foreign land. He'll be back within 6 months anyway everyone who goes over there from England seems to hate it.

Fenerbahce must have just seen his performance in the Champions League final and missed the rest of his season. £8,000,000 is a ridiculous figure - but well done to Arsenal for somehow pulling the wool over Fenerbahce's eyes and convincing them this is a good deal (it isn't).

I'm glad hes going, actually. More English players need to venture out abroad, an englishman on the continent seems to be rare unless your playing for Real Madrid.

They are supposidly offering him a 3-year contract at £75,000 a week. All this hostility for Campbell? I've always liked the big guy, and always thought he was pretty damn solid on his day. Not a bad bit of business at all. He'll be a good signing.
