I hate it when the season ends.

We don't even have a World Cup or European Championship to look forward to

Anyone have any idea if there'll be any football on in the UK in the summer? I remember reading something about an Asian Cup or something?

Doesn't MLS start soon/run through the summer? Clearly, I'll have to start watching MLS, if it does.

Yeah thats fine. Just record it then pretend it's on at half 7 the next day. Im still a student so I have nothing to do all summer anyway. So... who do we thinks going down? And who can you see qualifying for europe?

Wigan to go down, as much as Sheff will want the Hammers to go down, they won't risk being relegated themselves and will probably win 3-2.

I want to see Wigan go down. I know West Ham have broke the rules, and should rightfully be relegated, however I've had a real soft spot for them this season. Which is odd because I've never cared about them before, and I am a fan of Tevez. I never like to see teams promoted the season before go down the next season.

As for Europe, Tottenham are pretty much there already, so I reckon perhaps Portsmouth and... I'm not sure who else actually.

Well, obviously I'll be rooting for the Blades tonight. It's a pain in the ass that the Wigan/Sheffield game is on live and we've got the Utd/Hammers replay at 2am. Means a loooong night if Wigan get up.

For those looking for football, are you going to get any coverage of the upcoming Asian Nations Cup? It's no World Cup or Euro - but it should still produce some good games after the group stages.

And Juan Pablo Angel scored his first goal for NY Red Bulls the other day, too, I hear.

Not really, no Ronaldo, Rooneys playing. It's a bit here and there, I think they're playing a strong team but keeping the Cup final in mind.

In defence, yeah. But United will score a couple, they've Rooney/Solskjaer/Smith up front.
