Oh, and adding to my complaints, block votes are stupid for any of these kinda things. Keep them in if you want, but I don't really see the point in a poll that is supposed to show people on EWB's favourite albums, if it can be nullified by what people don't like, if you catch my drift.

Maybe turn it into a top 10, not top 50. Otherwise everyone's #1 pick will end up on the list and that's not representative of any collective opinion.

And block votes are stupid. As you have guys like Biggz who have a shit taste in music ruining it for everyone else. (Though mega-props for "Thriller") I agree with Liam on that though.

One way to combat the whole 'Everyone's top pick getting into the list thing' is to possibly times the number of points by the number of people who voted for it. The albums that are popular will still be at the top, but it would shake things up in the middle.

For example;

"The Essential Barry White Collection" gets 1 vote, but is in at number 1 (10x1 = 10)

"Stevie Wonders Sings The Pussycat Dolls" gets 2 votes, at 6 and 9. ((5+2)x2=14)

There you take into the account the positions of those nominated, as well as the number of people who voted. Just a suggstion.

Get rid of block votes.

It is supposed to be EWB's top albums, so why should people be allowed to vote against certain inclusions? If they are popular enough to get voted, than thats fair enough.
