Can't wait! I think it will be set in Europe. Then again it could be anywhere. I was thinking that it would be cool to see a brand new city combined with Vice, Liberty, and San Andreas.

Lazlow being in the game automatically places it in North America. As Lazlow isn't going to move to the UK for no radio gig.

You forget that most of Canada is incredibly boring and has no seedy elements to it at all. Which is why America is a good setting (Except for GTA: London 69 on the PS1) for the GTA series as corruption is just a hat drop away in that country in most cities.
