I watched Chuck & Journeyman last night. Both of them started off kind of slowly, but eventually picked up towards the end. I'll definitely give each another viewing or two, but for now I thought Chuck was a little bit better.

I only caught Chuck, wound up watching CSI: Miami at 9pm. Chuck was pretty good though, I thought. Adam Baldwin was awesome, Yvonne Strahovski is hot, and there were some pretty amusing lines of dialogue in the show.

"No. Well, yes. The controller chafes after 3 hours of Call of Duty."

All in all I liked it, I'll probably keep watching it.

EDIT: And the more I read about people's reactions to the show the more I roll my eyes. I may have just hurt myself rolling my eyes so hard. It looks like most people that disliked it did so solely because McG's attached as a producer. Admittedly McG's not the best ever~! as far as directing goes, good thing he's not directing the show.

For those missing Veronica Mars, watch Heroes, if you don't already. Kristen Bell is supposed to be on the show this season (and yes, she will have powers) and is going to turn up sometime around the middle of October, if I remember right.

as if her being on the show was what made it big. dialog written by other people was what made it great.... i can deal with lookin at pictures aswell

Of course her being on the show had something to do with it (but big is hardly the right word). Dialog can be written very well but if it doesn't come across in the delivery by the actor/actress it means absolutely nothing. So if she had nothing to do with it and it was all the dialog, would it have been great had it been a really shitty actress in her place? I think not..

Anyone watch/like Big Shots? Caught the pilot last week and with guys like Titus and Vartan, I thought it would've been a lot better but it definitely has potential. The next few episodes will probably be make or break for me.

I thorougly enjoyed it. It definitely is a show that has tons of potential and I'm sure the talent involved will make it happen. Mainly I'm just glad that Titus is back on TV.

Did anyone beside me watch The Big Bang Theory? I thought it was pretty funny, even though they kind of went over the top with how nerdy they were.
