Is anyone else looking forward to this? I love watching the old ones when they used to be on TNN and now on ESPN Classics. Definitely one of my favorite old time shows, and I am pumped to see the Eliminator once more.

Could have sworn it was the NES that had the American Gladiators game. The wall climb was badass in that game, so damn difficult.

I've been watching re-runs when nothing else is on... reminds me why I liked that show in the first place, really was entertaining. Anyone remember the crazy looking dude with the weird mustache and the curly mullet? I saw him again on one of the reruns, cracked me up.

I know for a 100% fact that Sega Genesis had the American Gladiators game. I hated it, the control scheme was awful, but it was fun in a masochistic sort of way.

But fuck, I loved that show. Nitro, Gemini, Turbo, Blaze, and the other chicks and dudes. Youtube has some good footage, it's funny to because I remember some of the contestants that were on the show. I also remember when they had former NFL football players on it, that was a favorite episode of mine.

Good God I forgot how awesome Wolf was. That man was the ultimate badass. And he's such a heel; he's like the Rock, he could do whatever he wanted and get cheered (in the later seasons at least. In the early going, he was booed like crazy)
