What are the best Gamestation deals on buying PS3s?

I found a deal online that for £319.99 you get the 40Gb model with Vegas 2 and Uncharted.

Do Gamestation do anything better?

You'd be looking at 329.99 for what you have got.

Although you can mix and match any 2 games, which is pretty cool.

EDIT: Actually ignore what I just said, its a selection from like...15 games.

Though 2 games and Spiderman 3 is £359.99.

And in that case you can chose what games you want.

Urgh. Yeah, not too keen on the deals on the website, hoped there'd be other, better, ones.

I think GAME website has Drakes bundled with the GT5 bundle for 299.99. Then you can buy RSV2 on the 360 where real men play.

There's a deal coming up I've read that will net you a PS3, Metal Gear Solid 4, and a new DualShock controller that apparently is so good, "you'd be stupid to buy a PS3 now". Granted, if you don't have a 360, you might want to go ahead and get a next-gen console for GTA4.

I saw on Comet's website (IIRC) that you can get a 40GB PS3 for £299.99.

Or you can get a 40GB PS3 for £299.99, with 2 games. Beowulf and one of 2 games (depending on the pack).

If anyone goes for it without any games, they're officially stupid.

Current Woolworths bundles are Playstation 3 + Assassin's Creed for £279.99; Playstation 3 + Burnout Paradise or Fifa Street 3 for £319.99; Playstation 3 + GT5 Prologue for £299.99 (the Sony bundle pack). There may be some new bundles starting on Friday, but I'm not sure what they are if there is.

Just a quick point. If you haven't played it yet, I would avoid any FIFA Street bundle like the plague. I played the demo and it is utter rubbish compared to the older games, and no fun whatsoever.

I take it they've stopped doing the special offer where you register to play online and they send you a free copy of Casino Royale?

This sounds like a good deal anyway, I paid a lot more for mine from Gamestation and I only got one controller, game of choice and only X-Men 3 for Blu-Ray, albeit mine was the 60gb and the only games they had were Resistance and Motorstorm >_>

Try and get Uncharted though, best PS3 game I've played thus far, easily.

Sumsum, come into our store cos we ONLY have the Gran Turismo Prologue bundles and so use them as part of the other bundles....So for £299.99 you get the console with GT5 or for £319.99 you will get Prologue, Rainbow Six (or another game if we don't have R62 in) and a Blu-Ray which'll probably be of your choice as we don't have the offered Blu-Rays....

Also if you come in when I'm in I'll give you my staff discount on any other stuff you want on top of the console deal.
