I was under the impression he was Serbian. I'm sure it's said at some point at the start, because I thought he was Croatian from the trailers and his name and remember being sadly disappointed.

But to be honest, I think Rockstar enjoy him having the mysterious history. There's plenty of soldiers who weren't from modern-day Serbia who fought for Serbia against Bosnia in the war. It would be a nice twist if he was Kosovan, with their recent independence declaration.

And a GTA4 would have to be a trilogy, this game is fucking long.

As long as Goran Vishnjic gets a role.
