curiousity more than anything, but I've never found a "soccer player" free agent list and was curious if there was one.

I mean, I'm not expecting to look over it and find a superstar or anything, but the Ljundberg siging with Seattle FC prompted me to think about it.

Did anyone at the Arsenal game note any particular hounding of Bendtner for his pink boots? I know Ribery is wearing them too, but surely launching them on one of the more mediocre strikers in the Premiership isn't good for business?

Also, even though I've gone for Blackburn 2-1 in the predictor, I REALLY want Gomes to have a good game. It annoys me when good 'keepers get hammered by the press for mistakes. Yes, it's there job to keep the ball out of the net etc., but I can just imagine how Gomes must be shitting himself every time he sets foot onto a pitch lately.

I sorta feel sorry for Gomes but he really isn't helping himself. Neither is his defence and Redknapp doesn't seem to have worked the same magic on him as he has with D.Bent confidence wise.

Teams are just piling players on him when they win corners and it's gonna difficult for him to get rid of his reputation now.

As for the pink boots:

They don't look too bad there, but close up? Ugh.

I am worried about these last ten minutes though. We should be further ahead by now and Blackburn have always been the sort of team to bundle in a late equaliser or winner, especially against us....

Andrews was a bit moody and cynical there. Jenas didn't deserve the yellow for pulling his leg out of Andrews' vice-like grip.

EDIT: Gomes' habit of dribbling the ball around in the box while he waits for attackers to close in is kinda stressful to watch.

and woop! 15th in the league and a win off the top half. Nice.
