He could just get new bats whenever one breaks?  Lucille could be like his 9th bat for all we know, possibly all named Lucille.

You'd be a bit annoyed if you were the 10th Lucille.

I know its a load of old nonsense asking this, but where are they getting all their petrol, guns, ammo, water and food from? Especially the petrol. I guess the zombie apocalypse is a bit of a toss up, in America you would be armed to the teeth but you'd have to drive everywhere and run out of petrol. In the UK you don't have any weapons unless you are a farmer but you can cycle most places.

They probably siphon it from other cars.  It does bring up the issue that E10 gasoline, the most common in the U.S., only has a shelf life of roughly 3 months.  The E15 and E85 blends likely less, due to ethanols tendency to absorb water

Okay, credit where credit's due; they did a very good job on Ezekiel. Wanted to stick around to see how they handled him, and having Morgan and Carol there to play off of him was a smart choice.

I don't remember Jerry from the comics at all, so if he's a show creation he's a pretty good one.

I've not read the comics, because I am a grown man, and my first impression was "Who is this ponce", but at the end I liked him.

Ah yes, I do remember that issue of Dennis the Menace where Sgt Slipper and his son took on the zombie apocalypse, only to find that the darkest part of said apocalypse was man himself (usually being that rascal Dennis and his dog Gnasher, of course).

They did a crossover with Desperate Dan
