I have played a ROM of that...it's so bad, seriously. Don't even bother looking for it anywhere, it's nothing like the Pokémon games. Total pirate shit.

As far as I can remember, having NO POKÉMON was the biggest fail. This was after the Red/Blue games obviously, but before Gold/Silver.

It's a hacked version of Keitai Denjuu Telefang. The only similarity is you go around catching critters and battling other critters. Ironically, the game centers around the use of a phone, which was added to the Pokémon series in Gold/Silver.

There's ROMs for it and

and such. Pokémon Jade was released as well by the same bootleggers (I had no idea about that until I just YouTubed it).
