This was actually tough. The last few are a bit random. I didn't want to have too many from the same bands like having all three Reuben albums etc. The only reason I have 2 Metallica albums is because I flip between the two which I prefer (I think I prefer MOP overall, but RTL has FWTBT and Fade to Black).

Plus, some albums just mean more to me. I almost had Bizkit in at 3, but I had to demote them just based on the fact that Nirvana and Metallica albums are just better in quality. Reuben got so high because from the second I listened to it, I 'got' it. I got everything about it, it normally takes me a few listens to understand lyrics as opposed to the patterns, but with Racecar it happened instantly.

I may edit the list later on. Tempted to switch Pearl Jam's Ten with VS., I find the latter a little easier to listen to.

EDIT: The second 10 are a bit more what I'm digging at the moment with a couple of always favourites thrown in. I almost put St. Anger in.

The main problem I forsee here is that as it is just 10 we are listing, there won't be enough albums getting more than one vote. However, if we did 20, or 30, or 50, it just makes it harder work for the list compiler.

Yeah, there's lots of Metallica...the one band that got me to listen music in the first place. Always been absolute favorite and don't see it changing. Hell, i could've added Ride the Lightning as well somewhere in there. Not going to be a real people's favourite list here in EWB i guess.
