I don't know whether we have discussed this movie yet, but holy cow, this is something I really, really want to see now. Might the movie I most want to see this summer, besides Dark Knight Rises.

Paul Giamatti, Tom Cruise, Bryan Cranston, a hot older Catherin Zeta-Jones, plus apparently Kevin Nash!

I've seen the trailer for the movie, it looks pretty rad. I wanna see it!

It looks absolutely fucking dreadful, and the final hammer in the nail of whatever it was that made anyone think that hard rock used to be cool.

That said, the idea of Kevin Nash being in a musical is glorious.

Yeah, I like the cast and the idea, but the execution looks pretty camp. I'll still go see it in hope of being proven wrong cos it could be fun.

It's not like the musical isn't camp as fuck too.

I think it's god-damned dreadful, but going into this not expecting camp is just silly. All the bands that Rock of Ages celebrates are pretty fucking camp anyway.

I saw the musical in the Shaftesbury Theatre earlier this year with Mrs MJB. She loved it but I thought it was fairly ordinary, don't see the film being much different really.
