Raise popularity in Mid Atlantic area to 32-35. They've run Tournament of Death there a number of times and seem to be quite popular in there.

I feel like CZW (and most indies) are already way overpowered, but this does remind me of something I've been meaning to mention -- I don't agree with the placements of some of the states in the different categories (Tri State, South East, etc). The reason the CZW talk reminded me of this is because Delaware, where they run the shows that Perfekt is talking about, is mostly found in the New England region in the updates, when in reality it should be in the Mid Atlantic. Delaware is a tiny state located between Maryland (Mid Atlantic) and New Jersey/Pennsylvania (Tri State), so it's definitely not in the New England region.

I have problems with other states as well, though these are more subjective -- Does Utah really belong in the South West? I feel like it belongs more with the Mid West or North West.
