Well here's a pisser for you... playing thru FFT for the zillionth time... got hung up trying to learn Ultima as I always do. Roomie comes in, and although she hates FFT... loves X, XII.. came in and Beats Elmdor and the two Assassin broads and learns Ultima in like 5 minutes...!! Now she's playing it thru with me always mentioning how easy this game is...

Hopefully? Dude, if Macchio isn't in it, Morita isn't in it, and that song isn't in it, then it holds no right to be called a remake. Wooo Go Steelers!! They play like crap offensively for the entire first half.... Ben goes 5-17 and 50 yards... reingures his shoulder on the QB sneak touchdown.... They come out hungry as hell in the second half.... Leftwich goes ... 7-10? 129 yards, engineers two scoring drives. Defense ends up sacking Campbell 7 or 8 times... damn and pick him off twice? Snuff by Slipknot... It's a track off of their new album and it was the perfect song to hear as I was starting a messy breakup with a GF a few weeks back... since the mess is still being sorted thru, the song is on my constant play list at high volume....

Finally got a chance to see this the other day and all I can say is WHY SO SERIOUS? The movie was definitely almost everything I hoped it would be... and I will be seeing it again real soon. I thought that CHristian Bale really held his own with Eckhart and Ledger... he wasnt overshadowed at all. I thought that Ledger pulled off a twisted homage to Jack Nicholson's Joker that made me realize exactly the depth and talent he had... sad to see him gone,as I loved his creepy portrayal ... and Harvey Dent? Brilliant!! I still hated the character of Rachel, she just never understood what Batman was all about.... I almost dont want there to be another movie, as the ending of this one left me satisified... Batman becoming whatever Gotham needed him to be...

I may not have been clear... thought I was... I like Pennington as well... I dont care for Bret at all seeing as how he has treated the folks in Green Bay over the last few years... I dont like hearing that Pennington is on his way out... As for a significant upgrade... yea Favre is, but I dont like the idea of him here in NY at all... I would rather have Pennington here again... some things are more important then winning to me.. thats all.

And so withe dual announcements that my Favorite team has traded for Brett Favre and another announcement that Chad Pennington WILL be traded... I can say one thing about this... FUCK!! Simple enough... got idea from another thread... What movie wont your significant other let you buy? Whether its a rational or irrational reason, what is it? Mine would be.... "Short Circuit" She has a very rational fear of me wandering around the apartment calling out "Johnny 5 is Alive!!" For those of you too young to know this movie, check it out...

I thought the movie was quite incredible and it makes me wonder what the fuck I would do in that situation... Casey is a pretty damn talented actor, and I look foward to seeing more of his work now.

Oh I have been waiting for In Bruge to open in my are, but it hasnt happened yet....

I would be curious to know about either of those as well and also 21 with Kevin Spacey...
