In the race for the coveted 4th place spot, in the weekly EWB Popularity League, @Skummy is barely keeping ahead of @WE'VE GOT AMOND!.
@Benji is still the runaway league leader though.
Questions have to be asked about the poor performance of pre-season favourite @The Handsome Luchadore though.

You do not pay to use this service, you donate for the privilege of access to the donators forum and to help with the upkeep of the board. Your position as a long standing member, or donator is not part of this, it does not give you carte-blanche to break the rules. Again, your premise of innocence is built on your ignorance of the rule. You clearly now understand the implication of the rule. You clearly ignored me as a member of the mod team, you will not be getting an apology and all the rules are to be adhered to.

Why would your stance as a long term member absolve you of your guilt when you are clearly referencing something which is under the remit of the 48 hour rule, which clearly states it covers the whole board?
The rule has been in place and understood by the general population of the board for many years, just because you lack familiarity with the protocol does not mean you are not guilty. Ignorance does not mean innocence.
Your attempt to absolve yourself or even justify your actions by now spreading the blame to a mod team member and even the whole mod team, which has given you plenty of leaway over the years, appears desperate.
You were in the wrong. You have been appropriately punished. There is no other comeback. I will gladly now hold you to the rules strictly unilaterally if you wish to continue your ill advised attempts at proving your non existent innocence.
