Won my first match 3-2 against Hamilton. I am good at this game. Out of all the new things I'm most impressed with the new 3D match engine. It's a lot more fluid and it's nice not to be playing in empty stadiums now. Seems to be lots of penalties though. Press conferences are still a bit shit though having them for transfers is a nice idea. Still stupid that it gives me the option of saying that I don't think my new player will do well at the club. Why? News centre is alright but not as good as I was hoping for. Still better than year's horrendous news system. Backroom advice is cool and shows lots of potential for future games. New tactics system is good because I really don't have the patience to fiddle about with sliders for hours. Still haven't checked the new data editor. I'd quite like to introduce relegation from Scottish Division 3 if that is possible. Maybe even get to play as Auchinleck talbot! Apart from that it's much the same as last year - but hopefully it's lost the less noticeable niggles of last year - rubbish regens; messed up reputation; so many others.. Definitely worth my £20 though.

I HAVE FM 2010 NOW! Is it good? Also has anyone made pretty badges and stuff yet? I cannot play the game without them.

I'm quite interested in seeing the film. One thing I don't like however is the marketing of the soundtrack, which is such a disgustingly blatant cash in. Fourteen songs you already have, one "new" song - a cast off from 1983 or something which is average at best, and the new song again but with orchestra overdubs. What makes this worse is that the new song is not available in any other way - even on itunes when you can normally buy songs separately it can only be acquired by buying the full album. Of course, going by the comments this hasn't put off dozens of numbskulls. To paraphrase one - "YOUR NOT A REAL MJ FAN IF U DON'T HAVE ALL HIS SONGS". Motown are even worse however. At HMV there is generally a new Motown compilation of early MJ songs every couple of weeks. Recently we have had several remix albums, plus an A CAPELLA ALBUM. It's quite shameful. What makes it worst is that barring Shake Your Body Down To The Ground, I Want You Back and Blame It On The Boogie - all of which are wonderful - Michael Jackson's pre epic recordings are for the most part utter shit. He was basically a black Donny Osmond, but that doesn't stop them cashing in on him. Anyway, yes, I would like to see the film. ^_^

For me, Editors were the classic example of one of those bands that you would like when you were younger but later on realise that they really weren't that good. i still enjoy parts of their first album, second album was all shit. However, I'm actually really enjoying their third album so far. The one that all the critics are ragging on as being a Depeche Mode rip off or whatever. Papillon is a really good song and the singer has a fantastic voice. It's not an amazing album by any means but good and solid. I'm quite pleased for them.

Yeah it was really good fun! I don't by any means know a lot about Ash - I went because I had a free ticket - but they played a lot of stuff I recognised, which was mostly older. Shining Light, Oh Yeah, Kung Fu, Meltdown, You Can't Have It All, Orpheus, Girl From Mars, Twilight of the Innocents were all there. Oh and a wonderful finish on Burn Baby Burn! Yeah it was good fun. I'm glad I went. You should go, especially if you're a fan. I only know their singles but still had a good time. Although I do miss Charlotte a little bit.

Oh fair enough. Whoever wrote 8 should be shot for sickeningly awful lyrics. Number one is Sharks and Danger by Alexisonfire. This game would be more fun if you posted lyrics by bands that not only you have heard. Actually to be fair it would never be fun. I just don't want to do my essay.
