I've learned through my 30 years of life that the Lions can not have nice things.

As a Detroit Pistons fan, I can't believe what I saw go down in yesterday's 4th quarter. I also can't believe I'm about to watch a 10:30 game on a Monday night against the defending champs with the thoughts, "Hey we can win this one". What a time to be alive.

Considering ownership's history, I would have thought it would have happened at the end of next year.

So this was a surprisingly good day of the World Cup. Thought for sure with the way France and Germany were rolling that they wouldn't really have a problem. Completely wrong about that.

Normally I find edits in manga to be really dumb but does anyone else agree the North American one looks a thousand times better? A wetsuit fits Misty's character so much better than a really skimpy swimsuit too. There are few more changes http://imgur.com/a/zVlOA Mostly flattening chests and making Misty's shirt and shorts longer but the wetsuit is the biggest edit. There really needs a middle ground between women in manga having Japan fetish breasts and completely flattening them. But all in all I agree that Misty, someone usually written as a tomboy would not wear insanely impractical swimwear.

My Wonderlocke came to a sad end as I lost at the Team Flare Secret HQ due to mis-remembering the typing of Mienshao during the 1st fight with Team Flare's leader. I don't know what to do right now. I kind of want to re-start because Wonderlockes are awesome, but at the same time, I'm close to finishing the game and I would like to keep some of the characters. Hmm, I was meaning to buy a bigger SD card. Maybe I'll just keep this game on my current card and start a new game with the new one? Anyone have experiences with using multiple saves/cards?

Having a blast. I just wish I didn't have a tendency to not pay attention during grinding sessions. Loading, the shiny Porgyon-Z, has dragged my sorry team through six gyms though. I just lucked into a Lucario and a Bulbasuar (the Kanto starter I randomly picked) so as long as I'm safe I should be in a good place.

Started playing a Wonderlocke and I'm kind of blown away by the start I got. About to take the first gym and I've gotten a Tyrunt, Scatterbug, Torchic, and amazingly a shiny Porygon-Z. I was planning on keeping my starter, Fennekin (playing with the rule that the run is over if he dies), but after the start I have I think that I might be better to wonder trade him too and just go with what the game gives me.

Just finished my first game post-Steam sale, Thomas Was Alone. So satisfied with what I got. I'm just a little bit sad it's over.

This game is great. It's crazy to think this game has just been released. Paradox games have a history of being a little bare at the release. For example I don't think EU3 got really good until the 2nd expansion. In my current game I might have had one of the best reigns that I will probably ever get. I started up a game as Caradog of House Gwynn. He starts the game with no wife, a newborn son, and the county of Gwent in Wales. Dude reigned for 56 years. In that time he united all of Wales, sired nine children between four wives (including the wife that dies right before the game starts), and was even about to upgrade his kingdom before kicking the bucket.

NBA Jam Tournament Edition, Tecmo Super Bowl, and NHL '95 are probably the trinity of fun sports games that anyone can enjoy.

The first half went about as stereotypically for both teams as it could. The US start insanely flat and get scored on in the first 15 minutes of the game and England chokes their lead away. Time for the 2nd half.
