Bwahah yeah. My nice little bit of bargain hunting for the night was buying a Man U badge for 300c and selling it again for 1000 and that was a Buy Now price. Someone was clearly desperate. I'm so totally addicted to the trade center. It still isn't in perfect time expiration order but it's a bit better. I've amassed so many kits and badges recently. Trying to keep myself to playing matches tonight. My squad is sort of coming together but I'm afraid I may have to abandon my midfield and start over because good English 442 RM's and LM's are almost non-existant. Any ideas for a good but inexpensive nationality midfield wise?

I was gonna lose my physio which meant extended injuries for my created player and Salihamidzic but managed to pick up a better one for just 350 coins with 12 games on his contract. Still using David Moyes as my manager. He's only +2 negotiations but as far as 442 managers go there aren't any better really unless you're paying silly prices. I'm working a Senegalese strike force at the minute with Niang and H.Camara. I bought Simon Davies on the cheap to fill in for Salahamidzic. But he may have solidified his first team place with this goal, amongst a hat-trick of goals I might add.

I thought it was a combination of us and the kit clash to be honest. I know it was down our right hand side so I was at fault too being RB at the time.

Well as long as you play as someone with good freekick stats you can take them all you like

Not much to talk about in the first two games but the third needs some expanding on. I'm pleased with my own personal performance. Moreso with the assist for the headed goal we scored (think it was the first one?) and the throughball which led to another one of our goals moreso than either goal I scored. I felt much more involved with the attack than I had done the other two games. Both teams played in red which was ridiculous but once we'd got used to it (probably easier for you guys playing with 1 player each than me attempting to play ANY :S) we played really well. Have to say it was excellent finishing all round really and TCO scored a superb freekick with Ze Roberto. I think we've found our best set-up. I'm surprised at how easy I found it to run the wings as ANY and get balls into the box to cause trouble. Can't go without mentioning our top CB's too. Carlito and rvdwannabe. We let slip with the first goal but after that we played excellent defence.

Here's the results confirmation. Well pleased with the turnout this week. Eight got to play and unfortunately Captain Kirk had EA Server problems else we would have had 9 out. Remember guys same time next week. 8pm Sunday. Just a little note though, someone else will have to organise positions and reminding anyone missing on the PSN as I'm on holiday for the next two weeks. Sorry Kirk I saw you come online and off again. We'd started our first match. I figured you were having connection problems anyway. First two games we were poor and second game in particular the opposition were different class. We played well third game despite ridiculous kit clashing. Full results up in a bit.

I'll admit I like the more mainstream pop/rock stuff. Livin' on a prayer is immense. The guitar solo and hitting that last note in particular when you have the TV on a really high volume is awesome. Any suggestions for fun DLC songs to play on guitar? DLC up to now is basically Oasis, Journey, FOB, Chillis and a couple other bits and pieces.

The only argument I can offer supporting Webb's decision is that Carrick may have still got to the ball had Gomez not crashed into him after prodding the ball away. It's not as if he punched it miles away. I'unno, was a soft penalty but you still have to give credit to Rooney and Ronaldo who have been immense second half. Rooney in particular.

I am never buying a gold pack again. I know it's the luck of the draw but the only players I got were 2 78 rated LB's! Best thing in the pack was Old Trafford. I don't have any room in my trade pile so I stuck it in my collection. Got quite a few badges and kits this morning for less than collection price so happy with that though.

What Ad said, AND I haven't played online at all up to now and I'm still hooked. Enjoying making coins playing against the CPU and making money by adding to my collection. Apparently the online multiplier is set at a fixed x1.5 even if you play a 5* team with a 1/2* team so it's definitely not a good money maker. Bloody EA are taking the database down at 6am to fix the auction sorted by expiration date problem and do maintenaince just as I get home from work. Which means all my wheelings and dealings will have to wait til I'm up at lunch time. Whilst it's good that they're fixing it, it does mean that the few of us prepared to flick through 50 pages of cards to find 150 coin gold player auctions with a few seconds left are losing out. Still, there's always good Buy Now offers if you're willing to look. I was hoping to get a 442 card to re-train my created striker but they go for 25K+ easily. Sod that. Have you guys still got created players or have they been binned?

In my mind Blackburn are a big club and a Prem team. I love how you say "a feat only matched by 3 other clubs" though like Blackburn set the bar. Not only matched but surpassed I think you'll find Not an attack here either but just tickled me that's all.

That's ridiculous. 6-1-3 haha. What have you got your settings on? I know when I first started playing FIFA again I had to dial down the auto player switching because it does my head in. I would follow the runner with my player and hold square to have his man either risk a long range effort or be closed down by an AI defender. I'm getting seriously addicted to the trading/money-making aspect of UT. The problem is I don't have enough hours in the day to play it. I've got about 10K in the kitty at the minute but that's measly in comparison to some players who have hundreds of thousands and even some in the millions of coins. Just playing my way through the offline tournaments at the minute to eventually get my trophy.

Nope I've struggled to sell anything bronze. Except for an England flag bandana which went for it's BN price at 500 coins. Could've got more for it I just stick them in my trade pile now and use them when organising trades. Cause you can't make an offer of just coins, it has to have a card. Just got myself a Napoli badge so that's replaced my lion as the Northern Lads logo. As well as a silver (and then gold) stadium to earn my upgrade trophy

My team is a bit of a mess at the minute because I'm just using up games on the contracts of players I don't really want to use before I send them to my collection. I hate putting players in the collection or on the trade pile with loads of games left. I've got players like Cordoba and Niang who are far better but A. don't have the right formation, B. don't give me any chemistry boost through nationality and C. would give my team too high a rating meaning my coins multiplier would take a hit. I would have chemistry around 80 with this team plus Moyes my manager. Lately I've been earning coins by buying gold kits and badges for 300 coins and sending them to my collection for profit.

I just got my Solid Gold trophy for having 11 gold players in my squad Still using Chunnam Dragons as my home kit. I've had a few other kits in packs I've bought but I'm kinda attached to it now. Could do with another away kit though. Willem II is just dark and depressing. I'd like Valencia but it's rare as hell. Currently playing with a 2* team to get a decent multiplier to earn some coins. So if anybody knows some 4-5* teams that aren't much of a problem to win against let me know. I'm getting sick of beating Genova

Probably because it wasn't that long ago. Although it was an Arsenal player. Baptista scored 4 there in the League Cup when Arsenal won 6-3 two years ago. I looked it up after he scored 3 because I thought a hattrick away against Liverpool was pretty special. If we're talking league games only the last to score a hattrick was Peter Ndlovu in (I think) 1993.

I love Song 2. I'll always remember it for being the intro for FIFA 98:RTWC (the best FIFA ever). If I'd have called the next Lego game, I would've thought Harry Potter would be a strong contender.
