I'm up for Club games. If we're using the old EWB group then I need re-inviting. If we're making a new one though... I also need inviting >_> Plus made a manager so I can invite others too. Up for a game or two this weekend or maybe late on one night this week.

I'm eagerly anticipating the 3pm kickoffs and most importantly Newcastle/Chelsea. On the one hand I want Chelsea to stuff them to keep the daft geordies where I work quiet and on the other hand I'd love a miracle (which is what it'd have to be) Newcastle win to knock Chelsea off the pace at the top and shut up my boss who's a Sunderland supporter. So in closing, a draw would be brilliant.

Lost my Evo on Midnight Club in a pinkslip race by ploughing into oncoming traffic in the final straight. :@ Needless to say, I won't be playing this again in a while.

There's a glitch with the interactive mode. If you find an opponent and it says "Guests: 0" underneath your team then it's put you into a ranked match. What you have to do is enter the match as normal and then exit as soon as you kick off (or maybe even before) and it'll return you to the interactive mode. When you search again you'll see that the "Guests: 0" part has disappeared. This is now an interactive league game. When you enter the game you can double check by pausing and the menu should now have the option "Exit to Interactive League Standings" rather than "Exit to Arena". It's a pain in the arse I know, took me two and a half hours to get 5 wins.

Just got platinum trophy for FIFA. Woo. The trophies have been a double-edged sword though. Whilst it's driven me to play a load more FIFA it's also forced all my passion for the game out of me. I'll quite happily put it aside now and concentrate on Midnight Club: LA. I think I'm about 30% through and just found the Payback vehicle on the beach garage. These missions are hella cool. I also just won a pinkslip race for a Mazda RX8 which I sold to raise funds for the newly unlocked Lancer Evo IX which I fully upgraded performance wise as far as I could and stuck a widebody kit on and made it pearlescent red/orange and it looks smooth as fcuk.

So I read something on another forum about contracts running out and how they're a pain in the ass? Like when someone's contract has one game left you can no longer use them in your team if you're in the middle of a tournament and have to exit to extend the contract which then only lasts a couple more games anyway.

The mic (user will need PS3 pad for selecting difficulty etc) and drumset are both wired on the RB1 PS3 instruments and the guitar is wireless and runs on 2 AA batteries which should come with it. It lasts a lot longer than you think as well. I've had the game 3 months and although I haven't played a lot of it, it's showing no signs of needing new batteries yet.

Have been playing FIFA for the last two weekends and I'm only a trophy away from Platinum but since it's the "Win 5 Interactive League Games" I won't be able to do it until next weekend as there's no games on due to the International break. >_< In the meantime I'm trying to make some progress in Midnight Club and even after the patch which was supposed to make it a little easier I'm still finding it quite difficult despite not even being that far into the game. I can't even put it down to inexperience as I played Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition on the PS2 loads so I know how the game is supposed to work, its just the AI is far superior.

That actually sounds quite good heh. I hated the sound of it at first. I like that you can earn points to buy stuff rather than shelling out cash all the time. If you guys are up for a team I'll create a new EWB one and maybe we can play some matches sometime. The offside thing got me frustrated too, I've played enough BAP to know how to stay onside thankfully, how I got my bundled first goal heh.

Care to explain in laymans terms how it works AD? Do you have to buy packs of cards like you would in a real life card game? Yeah that 10v10 was superb. Sure it took 2 hours to set up but only because we HAD to have 10v10 rather than 10 against whatever but it was so worth it. It's especially awesome when you know the guys on your team (like me, Nalareg, J-Maestro, burnsy08). We should re-do an EWB-only team and play every week.

Yeah I got it in the second match. Not all the players were the same from the first one though. Now I need to go into hiding after organising this one. I have about 30 friend requests and hundreds of unread PSN messages. Damn.

It's alright Baddar. Man it was hectic. Took us 2 hours and lots of searching and explaining and recruiting but we got 20 people together and a match played. But someone lost connection so we didn't get the silver trophy! We won 5-0 first time round and 2-0 second time round. I have to say the EWB'ers made a really good account of themselves. burnsy08 (Mr. Impact) had a good few chances early on to score. TCO (Nalareg) was epic in defence and also earned his Provider trophy with an assist. J-Maestro (Kirk) played well on the wing second game I noticed. Personally I got 2 goals in the first game including the opener and made some important clearing headers. Well chuffed with that. Well played lads.

All the crap is cancelled out by years 1992 and 1993 though. (Y)

Apologies in advance for this stupid question. Thinking about buying RB2. Will the licence transfer thingy save all the songs from RB1 even if I haven't unlocked every one of them? Apart from the few that weren't relicenced I mean.

Nah me either. I don't do 'trophy boosting' as they call it. I just desperately want these 2 as I only need those and the Purist/Spending Spree ones which I'm working on to platinum it.

They'll be doing it because they want the trophies too. So if nothing else the first game will definitely be competitive.

I haven't actually heard back from the guy who offered his team up for a game so if he no-shows we will hopefully have enough to split into two teams anyway. Don't worry TCO, we're saying 4pm but something this confusing will take a while to set up. If you do get involved, you should know not to press X in the dressing room. Leave that to me to communicate with the other team captain as we both need to search for games at the same time to match up. Also, do NOT pick "Any" on the position screen as no-one will get the trophies.

To leave the club you're in go to the Clubs bit and then My Clubs. Find your name. Press X and then Leave Club. As I said I'm trying to get a 10v10 set up for 4pm tomorrow. If anyone can make it please post your PSN and I'll invite you to a new club. The more the better chance we have of doing it.

Out of that first list by Kats, I'd be chuffed about Pure and Simple. It's so wrong yet so awesome. Mine: SOUL II SOUL! I'm especially pleased with that as well as The Corrs, The Outhere Brothers and of course Oasis. Very fond memories of all of those. Lots of R&B toward the end there.
