There's talk about Ezekiel Elliott possibly coming back to the Cowboys. I don't really want him back but wouldn't have a problem with it if they get him for a decent price and its only a 1 or 2 year deal. But I'd rather have Derrick Henry. However, some Cowboys fans on Facebook want the Cowboys to bring back Dez Bryant. FUCK NO!

The Mets are the ONLY MLB fan base I feel sorry for. Some teams like the Reds are hosed because they're small market teams (and the Reds are my favorite team; the Red Sox are just my favorite AL team) which makes their lack of success understandable, but the Mets have been hosed due to a combination of bad luck, management (and I don't mean on the field as much as I mean overall), and ownership.

Actually watched last night: Roadhouse (2024), on Prime. It is not really a remake of the Patrick Swayze classic at all. The main character is named Dalton, and it takes place at a roadhouse. That's about all it has in common. No "Be nice. Until its time to not be nice" speach. No "Its my way or the highway". How he gets the job is different, the roadhouse is in Florida instead of Missouri, and Dalton has a bit of a backstory (former UFC fighter). And he likes fighting a bit too much. The only reason to watch it is if you're a big Jake Gyllenhaal fan or want to see him fight Conor McGregor, who plays the main bad guy's top thug. Otherwise, skip it.

I bought in on Steam back in early 2017. Looked earlier, and I played it for a whopping 86 minutes.

Hopefully the week 2 injury for Rodgers does. Pickett apparently was an Eagles fan growing up, and he has a better chance winning a Super Bowl ring there than he did with the Steelers. Even if it is as a backup. And I'm hoping Williams turns out to be crap.

Instead of trading Fields and drafting Caleb Williams, the Bears should be focusing on improving their offensive line and receiving core. The Ravens offense is now going to be scarier next year.

The season finale and reunion episode of The Traitors U.S. season 2 aired tonight. Before I post any spoilers, Alan did announce after the end of the reunion that there will be a season 3. 👍 Also, Masked Singer season 11. I know a lot of people here either never watched it or have given up on it, but trust me when I say find the season premiere and watch the last performance by Book. And Rita Ora replaced Nicole on the panel.

Still my favorite home run in World Series history, though Kirk Gibson's barely can walk homer against Eckersley in Game One in `88 is a close second.

Fed Ex ended their stadium naming rights deal with Washington 2 years early. If they can't land a naming rights deal with someone else, might I suggest naming their stadium `The Command Center'?
