  3. We suck, we fucking suck. Wigan have completly destroyed us today. I cannot believe how awful we have been, they should be more than 2-0 up at the moment. Although the referee has been a complete wanker to both sides, we should be down to ten men, we should have had a penalty. Awful officialling. Hope some of you other guys are having a good afternoon anyways.
  4. Wow theres a Sevendust album as well? Awesome, add that to my list as well.
  5. Easy for me, Mezmerize and Hypnotize firstly. These two albums are just going to blow every SOAD fan away, or at least I hope so! I've heard two tracks from both and I just cannot wait for either to come out. Thirdly i'd go with Ill Nino's new release around August time. Big Nino fan and it seems they are going back to more heavier routes this time round - which can only be a good thing!
  6. Yeah they are probably on the following album although I know they are genuine, well "Kill Your Rock N' Roll" was one of the tracks Metalhammer magazine were allowed to listen to months ago when "Cigaro" was released on the internet. "Holy Mountain" they have also been playing live recently - although it's not impossible they changed the name of the song, or made slight adjustments. Oh and Zero BYOB may be amazing but I swear Kill Your Rock N' Roll is fifteen times better. Theres a live version of it going around the internet so I would try to get hold of that. Anyone know what the final release date is? I've heard May now but it was originally moved back to April sometime.
  7. you've had a good year Brentford. Promotion would really be the icing on the cake - and it's easily possible. You've got the players to do it with names like Salako, Sodje and Rankin. Not to mention your manager reminds me of a more extreme Big Sam, which is a good thing. I wouldn't put money against you getting promotion, although I do like Wednesday and I would also like them to go back up.
  8. That game reminded me of when you guys played Leicester last year at Old Trafford, you should have lost then as well if it wasn't for a fluke goal.
  9. Wow, I've managed to hear four tracks off "Mezmerize" before it's released and I cannot believe how good they all are. This album is really going to be something special and I wouldn't be surprised if it eclipsed "Toxicity" as being the best System album. The majority of you have heard "Cigaro" which is just an addictive piece of music, while I guess most of you must have heard "B.Y.O.B." now - their first single off the album. Which has a really good slow-paced, simple chorus. I've also managed to hear "Holy Mountain" which is a nice little track, and my personal favourite "Kill Rock n' Roll" - which just took my breath away when I heard it. I am loving the new setup in the band with Daron contributing as much vocals as Serj, they really do compliment each other with their singing - and it also allows Serj to get more technical with his different styles of vocals than in the past. I can't wait until this album comes out now, it's going to be the album of the year - well until Hypnotize comes out in September time.
  10. You're lucky you Leeds fans, we were going to get Rob Hulse before you were. It's gutting because we really need a goalscorer. Second game running we have thrown away two points, stupid, absolutly stupid. Even with ten men we should have fucking won, its a disgrace.
  11. Yes 1-0 City! Dodgy pen was given for us! The referee is getting some stick from the Brighton fans now! Come on City!
  12. Unlucky result there IAceI, that's your first loss for a while isn't it? I am settling back in my chair and listening to Brighton/Leicester on Internet Radio, but here is the other games going on today in the Coca Cola Leagues: Any predictions? or comments? Coca Cola Championship Brighton vs. Leicester Cardiff vs. Wigan Derby vs. Stoke Gillingham vs. Burnley Millwall vs. Crewe Nottm Forest vs. Plymouth Rotherham vs. Preston Sheff Utd vs. QPR Sunderland 1 - 2 Reading Watford vs. Leeds West Ham vs. Coventry Coca Cola League 1 Blackpool vs. Peterborough Bournemouth vs. Luton Brentford vs. Bristol City Colchester vs. Hartlepool Huddersfield vs. Doncaster Oldham vs. Sheff Wed Port Vale vs. Chesterfield Swindon vs. Walsall Torquay vs. Milton Keynes Dons Coca Cola League 2 Bristol Rovers vs. Rushden & Diamonds Cambridge vs. Darlington Chester vs. Boston Utd Grimsby vs. Wycombe Kidderminster vs. Bury Lincoln City vs. Swansea Northampton vs. Scunthorpe Oxford Utd vs. Notts County Rochdale vs. Leyton Orient Yeovil vs. Mansfield EDIT - Fuck we are struggling against Brighton at the moment. EDIT 2 - Fuck we have nearly given away two penalties! They are pressuring us all over the place. This isn't good at all!
  13. Rat Race - 5/10 Mildly entertaining, but overall is a bit crap. Rowan Atkinson is the only thing that really saves this movie, his character is very entertaining and played well. There's Something About Mary - 3/10 Another negative viewing today as this movie fails to deliver. It's not funny, the story is absolute rubbish - and I couldn't stand any of the characters. Frasier: The Entire First Season - 10/10 Sure its not a proper movie as such, but its 12 hours worth of Frasier. I needed to also have something positive to say after two awful movies. All the characters are awesome in this sitcom, while Niles' connection with Daffney in this first season makes it top notch entertainment.
  14. The Cradle of Filth one sounds interesting on the second site...
  15. I'd prefer Watford and Gillingham to go down before Forest. I missed out on THE football Derby this year twice and I want to go next year...although it can't happen if Forest go down. Not to mention they are a better team than Gillingham (sorry CSAMH its true) and Watford.
  16. Oh well I bet my team are looking forward to an away trip to Brighton...talk about facilities!
  17. I'm in for this, I enjoyed betting in the Kobra Koins days so bring it on
  18. Talking of Grimsby, they've had a bad few years. Double religation, how did your guys manage to survive that? Double religation would be disasterous for near enough any other club in the Championship.
  19. Remember anything apart from top marks for SOAD's new album will be looked down upon... Although if it's crap we'll let you off.
  20. Yeah and it's also nice Booker when despite the fact we have had a bad season by our standards that we as a group of fans are still sticking with Craig Levein. Football is a very impatient game sometimes and when Craig arrived with us we did expect to still get promoted. However to be fair if we had kept Micky Adams we wouldn't be heading in the right direction as a club. Craig is one of the best young managers coming up today, he has a great mind for the game and I agree the vast majority of the players he has brought in have been excellent. While Adams was said to be the best young manager when we got hold of him Craig just seems to have that extra edge to him. Looking at the signings that Levein has brought in then: Alan Maybury has been great at Right Back, while at Left Back recently he hasn't been as good he really stepped his game up tonight against Wolves, and got his first goal for us - apparently a cracker as well. Mark De Vries is at the moment hit and miss. He gives the impression and has the background to do very well - although at the moment he hasn't really proven himself as much as he needs to so that he can win the fans over. Patrick McCarthy is easily the best player Levein has brought in. By a country mile this boy is absolutly stunning. I can't believe Man City would let a player of this standard go for 100K because he seriously is going to be massive in the future. Lars Hirschfeld is a good keeper, he hasn't actually played for us yet but he gives a lot more confidence as a number two in compairson with Kevin Pressman... Stephen Hughes is another up there with Patrick McCarthy, he has also had a great start with us. Another youngster brought in for a cheap fee and he really has added a depth to our midfield - no matter if he plays on the wing or the centre. Although I do prefer him down the middle. We've got a couple more players coming in the Summer already in the form of Patrick Knisorbo (spelling?) from Hearts and Jani Sturm - who played in the Champions League Qualifiers and bagged a couple of goals for his team. Not to mention Levein has gone through the squad Adams left him and worked out who's good and who's not. For example Matt Heath was very over-rated by Adams, while Levein knows he isnt up to it really. Keith Gillespie has become a rejuvinated player since Levein has arrived, at the moment he would be my player of the season for us. Nice to hear someone as well sees the Foxes as a true challenge for promotion next year, because it is very possible. We now also have a young squad of players who have got lots of ability - similar to what we did when Martin O'Neill took us to the dizzy heights of the top 6 in the Prem. So we are a threat indeed and I expect next season we should be a true force in the Championship. Hehe, thanks for giving me the oppertunity about writing an essay about my team...any questions?
  21. Tonight's Football League Scores Coca Cola Championship Burnley 0 - 1 West Ham Crewe 1 - 2 Derby Ipswich 4 - 3 Rotherham Leeds 0 - 4 Sheffield Utd Leicester 1 - 1 Wolves Plymouth 1 - 0 Watford Preston 3 - 0 Brighton QPR 1 - 1 Gillingham Reading 2 - 1 Millwall Stoke 1 - 3 Cardiff Wigan 0 - 1 Sunderland Coca Cola League 1 Barnsley 2 - 2 Wrexham Bristol City 0 - 2 Bournemouth Hartlepool 2 - 2 Peterborough Rotherham nearly pulled off a great comeback against Ipswich although they are completly doomed to religation now. Good wins for Plymouth, Bournemouth, Cardiff and Sheffield United. I was listening to the Leicester game and Wolves didn't have a shot on target till they equalized, and then they nearly won it in stoppage time. Awful to have played good enough to win and then come away with a point. Although I bet you Leeds fans are having a worse night :pinch:
  22. I went ahead and did it, so for all us fans who's teams aren't the Manchester Uniteds, Arsenals and Aston Villas here is a thread for us. Post in here with what teams you support so I can edit into this thread about your allegences. And of course, most of all let's get some discussion going with the Best Leagues in football! Who Supports Who? Coca Cola Championship LEEDS UNITED - King Ellis, Dakendo, Jam, Booker T & The MG's, RawIsWar, Eddie's World Order LEICESTER CITY - TAFKA Castroneves QUEENS PARK RANGERS - stokeriño (Yes, I'm putting you down as a QPR supporter ) STOKE CITY - Stone Cold SUNDERLAND - IAceI Coca Cola League 1 BRENTFORD - supergrass, Inferno GILLINGHAM - (2nd Fav Team) ChrisSteeleAteMyHamster LEYTON ORIENT - MDK, Myke Coca Cola League 2 BRISTOL ROVERS - britneyspearsisgod, TheReilDeal DARLINGTON - Darloboy, AJ GRIMSBY TOWN - ChrisTheHornyBrick HARTLEPOOL - Dan
  23. Unlucky error from Carson, but it is a lot of pressure for the kid. He held up very well until that point. Liverpool really need to get a third if they want to put the pressure back on Juve now. 2-1 is more than easy enough for them to turn around in Turin. In more important news Leicester 1 - 0 Wolves The playoffs are still in sight....
  24. Good stuff so far. Carson has been brillant, that save from Del Piero was brillant. Outplayed Juvi so far and deserve to be infront. I'm missing the Leicester game to watch this so they'd better not loose now!
  25. I have got to get this game, I have a Game Gear and a Megadrive, but it just gives me an excuse to play them even more than I have done recently. Sonic's games were the only others apart from FF7, Football Managers and F1 games to ever catch my eye as a kid.
