I haven't checked it again to confirm but it's similar. This list has more people (or at the very least more gimmicks of the same people).

Is this a recent thing? I've always played international football in FM and never noticed any weird results. I mean, I've obviously seen surprising results but I don't think I've ever seen any team score 10 goals in a game. I've actually seen it happen more times irl than in game.

I think they won't. I wouldn't say I'm sure though. I feel they may be banned like Yugoslavia in 92 which would mean Poland gets to waltz through like Denmark did back then. It wasn't a playoff but still.
