Seriously, the thing that puzzles me the most is, this is the official team twitter, right? Why would they post that there? Regardless of it being racist, which it obviously is, why would you post that? Most of their twitter seems to be match/training photos and videos. Why is this even there? What was the purpose? Why?

Armand Duplantis was really close to breaking the Pole Vault world Record on his first attempt at it. Felt a bit sad for him, despite him getting the Gold Medal anyway, because it was so close.

I like CSS's song more than anything else this last bunch. It's not the song I would choose but i believe it was their most famous. Either that one or Alala which would have been a choice I'd like more. I'm surprised they're in the book at all to be honest. They became mostly a synthpop band after this and their following records are different. This one, the first is a nice mix of electro clash and fancy dancy indie rock. I understand it's definitely not for everyone but enjoy it anyway for what it is. The rest of it I'm not a big fan of. I like reggae but I'm not a fan of Damien Marley. I love Foo Fighters first album, but those Foo Fighters were long gone at this point. It's not that I hate them, or even dislike them. I just don't care much for it. Sigur Ros are huge in some circles. I never cared too much for them personally but I do know plenty of people who adore them.

I didn't have to deal with a bunch of posh southerners putting on a shit attempt at a Sheffield accent so I love that song. A note on them not being as relevant to non uk listeners. For those who want to watch a lot and also whatever they want at all times, you can use Eurosport player. You have everything there, you can rewatch it, schedules, it tells you if it's still group stages or medals, etc.. it's paid but cheap and worth it if you're planning on watching a lot of stuff.

Cristiano Ronaldo is indeed sick (in this context it means insane), and an imbecile. Mourinho too, besides calling him an aberrant weirdo. He basically called Vicente del Bosque retarded. Coentrao is a brainless fool. The last part, while true, he said it referring to Sara Carbonero (Casillas wife) who happens to be a sports Journalist, he meant it referring to football players wives in general. Not journalists. Don't know if this has been discussed anywhere but some audios from Florentino Perez have been leaked. This guy is an absolute cunt. Casillas saved Madrid's defense who basically had 0 investment during the Galacticos era and wasn't far from saying he was the worst goalkeeper ever and the reason why Real Madrid didn't win every single competition ever. He also said he's the dumbest person ever and he doesn't understand how every fan loves him. Also complained about the fact Casillas would show up sad to the training ground if he had an argument with his wife. He used this as proof Casillas is like a dumb child! Raul received similar treatment. The same Raul who was the ECL top scorer ever before Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo decided to break every goal scoring record ever. Florentino said he's terribly bad. Raul and Casillas are in his opinion the worst Real Madrid players ever. He also said players are selfish and can't be trusted and basically said football players are all horrible people and he would know because he has seen lots of horrible people and they're the worst of the bunch. He also said at some point Cristiano Ronaldo is an opportunist. All of the current team (at the time). And terrible players too. It goes on and on.

News reports say he wants to go to Real Madrid but Sevilla have received better offers from premier league clubs so it's possible he just ends up staying - with a new contract - at Sevilla until Madrid are willing to splash the cash, which wouldn't be this year, since Mbappe and Haaland are their main interests.
