Just picked the game up. Bought it on special offer and saved 20%. Installing the day 1 patch right now. I have high expectations for this since it is from the developers of New Vegas.

Of course Bethesda fucked up again. At this point I'd be more surprised if everything went according to plan. Has the power armor helmet replica that had to be recalled due to mold been mentioned here yet?

And both of these games look like first-party Nintendo games compared to Fallout 76. No game from this generation will ever be as bad as that shitshow.

The scenes in the present in Better Call Saul probably take place after El Camino chronologically. So we haven't seen the end of the entire saga just yet.

There really hasn't been any competition for the WWE 2K series since it went cross-platform, has it? There was the TNA game which was a flawed but a solid foundation to build upon. But they never released a sequel. And then there was the AAA game. But I don't think that was ever released outside of North America and Mexico. And the Legends Of Wrestling series ended when Acclaim went bankrupt in 2004. But Yuke's are working on a new Wrestling IP and sooner or later AEW will probably try their hand at one as well.

As far as I know Visual Concepts never developed the games themselves. Yuke's has done that since the first game in the series. According to Wikipedia they are credited with "assisting" Yuke's since WWE 2K14. Whatever that means. Judging by how this years game looks it didn't really prepare them to handle the development themselves.

The script for the final episode is full of gems like this. Including Daenerys being referred to as "her satanic majesty" in the scene in which Drogon spreads his wings behind her.

I remember those too. I was always so hyped for those. I also remembering analysing every screenshot and marking out over the smallest details. Like when they posted the first screenshots for WrestleMania 21 (does anyone remember this one?) and it showed that they added detailed textures for the soles of the boots. Or that the Dudleys had updated attires with black pants instead of yellow camo pants. Or that they finally gave Christian his wristbands in the initial SmackDown Vs Raw. I would count the days until the release of these games. I wish that I could still get this hyped for stuff.

I quit Gotham midway through season 3. The show is a hot mess. Although I hear that their version of the Joker was good. And yes, Jerome was supposed to be their version of the Joker. They just couldn't use the name because Warner wouldn't allow it because they were afraid it would dilute the brand to have multiple Jokers at the same time. Also, did they ever get around to turning Harvey Dent into Two-Face?

Possible career mode spoilers:

I just wanna know how the hell they managed to make the game look worse. That never happened before. The graphics either improved from installment to installment or stagnated. But they never downgraded them (I'm not counting handheld or Nintendo ports). Why?

Again, I don't hate the movie. I'd give it a solid 7/10. I just wasn't blown away by it like so many others seem to be.
