  1. I have Blackburn who win Saturday, then on Sunday Sunderland do this to me. Mixed weekend of football action really.
  2. Even without the new signings playing today. Agree that their competitiveness surprised myself also considering the loss of Diaz, Dack and other's. But they've come back out with the same form from last season and hopefully still building on from that. Although first game of the season and Blackburn always manage to lose form or such further down the line. Be a fun season either way. Leonard could be a good player if he carries on with his craft. His touch is bound to improve in time. His pace was something I was interested by and his ability. He will probably end up leaving us like most do. Yet. It is great to see good talent coming through the club. First touch and ball control will come better in time with his confidence. I was impressed by the fierceness and fire in him for such a young player. How vocal he was. But that's what you want. Someone with a voice. Good goals from Whittaker, Mumba and Hardie for Plymouth. Some quite good work from the team there for you. I enjoyed the passing work from the team. To beat Huddersfield in their first game back in The Championship after 13 year's is not something I expected to happen or an easy task. If you can grab those late goals for a win or drawing. You should do alright. Good luck this season. That green shade of kit was quite dazzling. Any luck it will be good camouflage.
  3. Just seen the highlights on TV. Trash refereeing from him. Missed a lot and misjudged mostly what went on. One of the cards was down to a poor angle he had of the incident. Still 2-1. Leonard looked good though today. Plymouth looked a good game.
  4. Gone up to 7-0 now. Nice welcome to League Two for Wrexham. 2-1 Win for Rovers. Fun day.
  5. It was my Grandmother's favourite type of music was country and western. She had quite the collection of music record's and cassette tapes from most country singers since the 1950s to about 1990. Don Williams was her personal favourite. In a sense I think it was passed onto my brother. He often enjoyed country and western music, listening to countless radio hours of it on some station's on a Sunday. He requested it to be a song at her funeral in 2019. So it again sparked an interest in listening to some of it again for myself after her funeral, along with his own. I quite enjoy some of the music now from the known performers. Don Williams, Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, Jim Reeves and Johnny Cash. I wouldn't say it is my personal genre of music, same be said for my Father's interest in it too, along with memories of Irish Folk music and Irish Country and Western he loves. Usually a farmer singing about either a tractor or a woman.
  6. So sad. Know she had her struggles with mental health over the last few years. A great singer and often enjoyed her music and voice.
  7. It's not surprising really. I think anyone would struggle with those kind of traumatic event's. It is quite sobering is the interview. I'm glad he has been able to open up, express the issue's he has been having and the background of what it has led towards regarding his struggles, performance and addictions. It's easy to see comment's from the media, fan's and other's on his recent performances with their critical way's, without thinking what could be behind them or actually going on. I'm hoping he will be on the right track to recover, overcome his issue's and get a second chance at playing. It's not his fault his career has struggled at the moment, or that he has been struggling with some problem's. He's a fantastic talent and I loved his work for England in 2018. Good luck Dele. As mentioned that it was a humanising interview. Although do wonder how many other's have had similar issue's or struggles going on. How many of them keep quiet and yet people be critical without really knowing what is going on. While the media and fan's are picking them apart most week's. At least with him being honest it may drive home the message of not judging someone for having a tough time in the sport (in life too) and other's to be able to open up. I will probably now think more before I'm critical of a performance in anything. Not just in football.
  8. I need the gas can and the alternative attire. I'm set then.
  9. As soon as I read that D.M.D came into mind. Thankfully it has fixed that issue. Thank you for the reminder to update it. Had a fun game with Jade Cargill Vs. Kris Statlander. Very enjoyable. Getting the hang of it now. Still TBS Champion.
  10. My game has done nothing but crash all day after the match loading screen. Very annoying. So not been able to play it again today. Should not have bought it at full price. I'm not mad at all.
  11. Played some more of the game today. Enjoyed it. Partner seemed interested in it. Managed to button map the controls out to being HCTP style. As that is what combination of button's I seem to have retained knowledge of and can't stand anything but them. Also might be me. But for the life of me I can't remember or find what it is to pick your opponent up and back onto their feet. The game is definitely a work in progress. But has a lot of fun moment's about it, and another wrestling game being out there is never a bad thing. Sure they'll manage to iron it all out. Eventually. The joy of today is patches to fix these issue's.
  12. Was creating Sam Strong and was just about to do the move set and it crashed on me.
  13. 1-1 so far. Lost to Christian Cage as CM Punk. Then beat Cage in the rematch. Learning the controls, and how to block and reverse. I don't know if I like it, or not yet.
  14. The only thing that can stop a Battle Cry!!
  15. Think this has been the first time I've paid full price for a game in a long while. Managed to save on The Elite Edition thanks to PS+ So it is installing as I type this. Looking forward to it. Bringing a lot of HCTP vibes back to fun wrestling game's from what I have seen.
  16. Joey Barton might be able to show them, or lend the one he had at Rangers. Chelsea is going to be a ghost town. A lot of exits. Which you can understand with a change of manager. Wonder if United will manage to get Mount, along with Kane.
  17. There was an option for Robot body parts. I made a bald headed guy wear the bottom part. Realised it looked like Wallace from Wallace and Gromit in The Wrong Trousers and just went it it.
  18. Yes it was. Very weird. The 2nd improved on that. But it was a weird CAW mode.
  19. I think the first Smackdown game had something similar. It was Pre-Season mode before you join the season mode.
  20. I seem to be growing more interested in the game each week. Not only does it give me the No Mercy vibes, but also a cross with Smackdown HCTP. Both game's that I consider the best from year's back of playing them. Hopefully it will be be great. I don't mind the graphics. Guess I'm used to how graphics have been for wrestling games, and I don't mind them. The recent 2K games put me off a little. But this seems to have that blocky model feel I've always been used too, and most of all nostalgic for. I'm all down for the silly weapons in it. A skateboard does look fun. Although I still want to be able to throw a snowball at someone at their winter themed event's. Also maybe a glitch of when you do a taunt as Jon Moxley he just busts himself wide open. Mini game?! Buying gasoline at the store as Eddie Kingston?! A meter that fills up of his rage and you've got to keep him less stressed so no one suspects it's to take to TV. I just want to smash people as Kingston. I used to love doing it with Austin. Kingston is the next best thing.
  21. Manchester City are just another level of team to play. They hardly put a foot wrong, and some great talent. It's actually quite fun to watch how they all gel with their talents and play. Although it is scary how good each player is. Still always have a soft spot for Manchester United due to year's past and watching them. Been a good game.
