Duke! They're always been the college team I go for but up until this season it's always been mostly basketball, not that I haven't rooted for them in football too, it's just they've always sucked lol... They're playing really well at the moment though and I look forward to checking out them out most Sundays (been an Aussie, it's Sunday) now to see how they've gone... They could be 8-1 atm if it wasn't for a tough loss at the start to Pitt

I think the Sixers will get 18-20 wins this season no more though... Same as Phoenix, I'm expecting them to hover around 20 wins too... Looking forward to seeing how this season plays out can't wait... And I'm a Suns fan

I just haven't been able to get into this game so far (unlike the previous two) and I just don't know why... Visually it's impressive and so far the story is good... Couple of audio glitches here and there but nothing too bad... Just can't put my finger on why I can't get into it... I loved the previous two and got this on day one, maybe I just hyped myself too much for it :/

Phoenix traded Marcin Gortat, Kendall Marshall, Malcolm Lee & Shannon Brown to Washington for their 2014 1st Round Pick and Emeka Okafor... Phoenix continues tank mode and nabs another 1st ... Gonna be a long year I think for me as a Suns fan Meanwhile Washington has a good shot at climbing into the bottom half of the East playoffs and will be an interesting team to watch this year I think...

First night of the ashes I was like "who the hell is the ten year old playing for Australia?", then last night I was definitely pro-Agar lol and was upset that he missed out on the century but he just got too excited at the end instead of playing a couple of safe shots... I still don't think Australia will win the ashes back unfortunately but at least a few people are putting in some effort and making this a game... C'MON AUSSIES!!!

Andrei Kirilenko signs a two year deal with the Nets... $3.1 million first year, player option the second... Why he would opt out of a $10 million contract I have no clue, he was never going to get that much on the open market... Same goes for Monta Ellis, it just screams greedy to me from him why he wouldn't accept a 3yr-$36 mill extension but wants a 4yr-$40 mill deal, which would see him make less money a year, go figure... He doesn't end up with what he wants so fire his agent lol I think Ellis will be lucky if he ends up with the same kind of contract Redick or Kevin Martin signed tbh... Another great move for the Nets this offseason and they're putting together quite a roster at this point in time... I'm really interested to see how they all gel together...

I can't see Dallas getting Asik... I also don't think they'll be making the playoffs next season even if they do get him, if they do, they'll be fighting for that 8th seed again... I think the top 7 in the west is pretty set at the moment with the exception been Denver but I can never tell with them...

I don't understand why the mavericks didn't make a run at Brandon Jennings... Instead they got Jose Calderon for 4yrs-$29 million... I personally think that is a waste of money but meh I'm not a Mavs fan either so doesn't bother me lol...

I don't find this at all surprising... I thought surprising would have been him resigning with the Lakers... He pretty much has said all along that he didn't want to play with Kobe and under D'Antoni... Houston are trying to swing a sign and trade now for Josh Smith with Omer Asik been one of the pieces moving and the Hawks are biting...

Clippers, Suns & Bucks have agreed to a three team deal... Clippers receive: JJ Redick & Jared Dudley Suns receive: Eric Bledsoe & Caron Butler Bucks receive: 2 future 2nd round picks - one from each team As a Suns fan I like the deal a lot... Bledsoe & Dragic will be a nice backcourt, hell I'd possibly like them to trade Dragic at this point... I'm sure the Clippers could have got more for Bledsoe though... They get two good shooters but I'm not exactly sold on this deal making them any better despite Redick been a favourite of mine...

Oh ok, everywhere I've read still says its protected 1 to 5...

And you'd want to hope the Pelicans pick doesn't fall in the top 5 as its protected there and you'll miss out on the pick altogether!

So who'd he pick today? Happy for Kidd and Hill to retire... J-Kidd has been my favourite point guard since he came into the league... A great all-around talent who made everyone around him better... I definitely see him as an NBA coach one day...

Is it much of an improvement over last years game, baddar? i had it but got pretty over it quickly... I love the game and still have it sitting here and it's good for a round or so every couple of months , just no use upgrading if its not substantially better
