  1. That'd mean that Lost jumped the shark within ten minutes of first airing, doesn't it? While I agree the show could have maybe withstood one more season within the prison, it's a premise that can not have a long term, keeping up with quality and all. Despite that, the show (even with Robin Tunney) is very decent. I'll watch the opener, for sure. I'm down here in Australia, where the first season just recently ended, but I arrive back in the States on the 19th. That is such a pointless note to share, but my life may not have been right without it.

    Calming Music

Either Jimi Hendrix or Stevie Ray Vaughn performing "Little Wing", with an honorable mention going to "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd, of course. Then again, I'm horrible at calming music, since I prefer to hear an unforgettable guitar riff for endless amounts of time to calm me down...
  3. Sevendust opening for Staind, Chevelle opening for Stone Sour, and Powerman 5000 opening for Stone Sour. Not to say the main event wasn't great...but c'mon. I have to say Story of the Year and Hoobastank were really good, blowing POD up, though Linkin Park did save the show at the end.
  4. My first comics were Spider-Man and X-Force against Juggernaut, when Juggernaut singlehandedly toppled one of the World Trade Center buildings, followed by Spidey "dying" long enough to see the other side and fight Thanos one on one and wake up just in time to fight the Sinister Six. Great string of comics there. Oh, and X-Men 1-3, with Magneto and his Acolytes. If nobody's mentioned Alan Moore's "Watchmen", I'm in deep shock. Truly one of the finest comics I've read. I tried to anjoy Art Spigelman's "Maus", but that's really depressing shit. House of M was good, in my opinion. The core title was, at least. Real tense, made me feel like a war was coming, and when it hit...it petered out. Whatever, though. Cyclops leading everybody gets my vote for stroke of genius. Civil War is great, but I keep overlooking Frontline and there's just no way I could give a shit about Infinite Crisis...that's the most convoluted mess I ever tried to read.
  5. Whoever said "The Devil's Rejects" was better than "House of 1000 Corpses", I fucking salute you. I swear, I don't think there's such an easier sequel vs original argument to be made than those two movies.
  6. 'Delicate' - Damien Rice 'The Trapeze Swinger' - Iron & Wine 'Best Of You' - Foo Fighters 'In My Life' - Johnny Cash 'Epiphany' - Staind 'Outside' - Staind 'To Be Treated Right' - Terry Reid 'Bother' - Stone Sour 'Breathe Me' - Sia 'Goodbye, My Lover' - James Blunt 'Hollow' - Godsmack Wish I had more for you, but I really don't have much in the way of relationship recovery music anymore.
  7. If "SexyBack" is any indication of where he's taking this new album of his, I'm really interested. He was inspired with the want to be a bit more "rock" and toss in a bit of Bowie, so I'm going to really like this album, I think. The song was so off the wall when I first heard it I had to keep listening. I love it in one of those "Wow, I hate how addictive this shit is" sort of way.
  8. On topic a bit...but their cover of "Hotel California" is fucking awesome. I'm still looking for "Like A Version" online to no avail.
  9. Caprice Coleman Chance Beckett Donovan Morgan Doug Williams Erin Bray Nick Mondo Mike Sullivan Kid Romeo If at all possible...in a kyky or black background...pretty please. Oh...and a side note to Coley...please tell me who the girl is in your sig. Pretty please...lol
  10. Thank thank God this is just opinion and personal taste and not a definitive list then, huh?
  11. In relatively this order. As you can see...I'm stuck halfway between the pop charts and the intelligent lyricists. Oh, and REALLY Southern. 20 - Game 19 - Bun B 18 - Black Thought 17 - Big Boi 16 - Ludacris 15 - Bubba Sparxx 14 - Lloyd Banks 13 - Lil Wayne 12 - Kanye West 11 - Pharoahe Monch 10 - Rakim 09 - Jadakiss 08 - DMX 07 - Nas 06 - Jay-Z 05 - T.I. 04 - Common 03 - Mos Def 02 - Talib Kweli 01 - Andre 3000

    efeds?

Well...no. I did once attempt an e-mail to the Warrior in the hopes he'd want to RP one day (and who wouldn't love a Warrior RP)...but alas, when it comes to pro wrestlers...I can only land The Intruder (he's in the EWR game, at least) and Cade Sydal (everybody's Teen Idol).
  13. Damn do I want that new album. If this is better than my favorite band's recent release and my favorite band is Tool...that's a paradox of shit I can't even begin to comprehend. Thank God my favorite band is Sevendust and their last CD was shit.

    efeds?

lol You rarely see e-fed talk on here...at least I don't. I help run one, too. It even has a guy there that EWB might have heard of once or twice. Good luck with the recruiting.
  15. Ha... Proof was fantastic as the lyrical stand out of D12. He was the only guy from the group that I actually enjoyed. Damn this is horrible. It's always horrible when this shit happens to anybody and their family, obviously, but I hope things will turn out alright for them. RIP Proof.
