Fuck I'm old. Went and played soccer for two hours, my level of fitness is abysmal.

On a good day I could likely job maybe 200 metres before my lungs feel like they are going to explode. I was playing one on one basketball a few months ago and had to sit down after like 5 minutes. I was playing a woman, she is like five seven, so I'm nearly a foot taller, it's not like I was jumping or anything. I ended up throwing up jump shots (that featured no jumping) as I didn't want to have to move.

Holy shit. The last time I played soccer was just pathetic. Especially since we had small ass teams and I was able to get control of the ball quite a bit. I managed to score the winning goal by tripping over a branch and having my wrong foot swing over to kick it in. I was a wreck.
