lol i could see where this was going at 2. knew it was gonna end OUND, so I had to narrow down Bound, Found, Hound, Mound, Pound, Round, Sound, and Wound.

Round and Sound were already impossible due to my first word, eliminated Pound, and Hound by playing GLYPH in turn three, eliminated Wound, Mound, Bound by playing WOMBS in turn four, that just left Found
