So once the fat runs out, it will burn muscle, then when that's gone, it will burn health?

You should never end up in a situation like that though. No mission lasts so long that you don't have enough time to grab a bite or work out. Remember, you can still eat while on a mission.

You can't stop to eat when you're on level ten of the paramedics and all of a sudden you start losing health.

And I don't think it works like above.

I was driving around in the ambulance, and I started losing fat. Once that had gone it started eating away at my health. My muscle remained in tact.

I honestly think this is Rockstars way of apologising for the difficulty of Paramedics in GTA3.

Seriously. I did it first go, with minimal damage to my Ambulance. It was so easy.

Right, look at the map that came with the game and head to the hospital in Montgommery.

It's some backwards ass hick town that I imagine is similar to where Cloudy lives.

There is little to no traffic, no gangs, no police footpatrol and very few places that the patients will actually be.

However, you will be catering to three other towns, but its only one road to each of them. (Hampton Barns, Palomino Creak, Dillimore), and they're hick dirt roads, so if there's any traffic, just off road it.

Honestly, it's so easy I nearly wet myself.

(Just make sure you've got enough fat stored >_> )

It takes about forty-five seconds to get to the other towns from the hospital, so make sure you have about a minute on your clock for shithappens. As soon as you finish one level, hit pause and plan out your route to pick them all up, and don't deviate from it.

Only make a drop once the ambulance is full.

If, for example, there are two people in montgommery and one person in dillimore, get the two in montgommery first, to add time to your clock for the long trek to dillimore.

Just play it smart, it's so easy I can't see you having any problem.
