Where are the white dealers? I've only seen the black ones that are in grove street

I took over all the territories but I didn't check in my stats to see if it equalled 100%.

As far as I know cheating doesn't stop you getting 100% but it DOES add into your stats "Times Cheated: #" so I wouldn't suggest doing it.

You don't need a jetpack to get the tags anyway, just drive around with a motorbike, that's the best way.

It's just that I know one territory is on the third island, and I don' want to spend time staring at the map looking for the missing percentage if it is just that one.

I'm not so good with the colors on the map, so it's hard enough as it is.

Once you take over territorys you'll see them a lot more, they stand still like the black ones, and they wear gray hoodies.

When collecting Horse-shoes though, it's a lot easier to use Jet Pack since there are quite a few un-reachable ones.

Hmm never seen that 'time cheated' in the stats.

If you use any cheats other than health/armor/$250,000 then you can't get 100%

It was the first thing I did when I got around to it the second time, because it was fucking annoying. Is it just me, or was that thin, thin, thin, thin yellow spot on the north most part of LS right by the 24/7 REALLY hard to spot?
