Best Game Intro

I really dig the Vagrant Story intro as well.

Not the FMV at the start, thats kinda lame, but the extended intro where you first meet Sydney and have your first fights. Then again, I wouldn't expect less from Square.

I've never played the Fallout games. What format are they on? If they're on PS/PS2/PC, I might check them out now that I'm getting paid more.

Star Ocean: Till the End of Time has quite a nice opening sequence, IMO. It's a bit kitsch, but I like that sort of thing.

GTA: San Andreas. Better than the other ones, hands down, because you actually care about your character once it's over.

Ah. Bad console conversion? Figures. How old are they? My new PC was upper-middle-of-the-line when we bought it in January, but I'm already seeing games out that have a minimum RAM of about twice what I have.

The MGS intros are all pretty good and Halo 2's rocked. But then again, I love Halo 2 more than every other game I have played in a long time.

The intro for GTA: Vice City is my pick for number one.

I do agree the DoW intro was also fantastic.

According to a guy I spoke to from Relic, they're making a new intro for Winter Assault I was concerned they wouldn't, because they don't normally for expansions. But apparently they are.

Out of every footy game, Pro Evo 3....know why?!

Cos every other footy game gives animated footage of screamers, amazing saves and bicycle kicks a go-go. (including PES4)

However, PES3 gave us tap ins, goalie blunders and goal line headers to give a feeling of real emotion.

Best music of the series too.

Having said that, Song 2 by Blur being on FIFA 98 (when the game still had SOME decency) was the best FIFA intro.
