Well... I found it quite entertaining it's not brimming with laughs but it keeps me interested.

It is practically a one joke film based on a pretty lame premise and the fact that people consider it one of the best comedies/funniest films of all time makes my mind boggle. Sure, it's personal choice, but c'mon....

Exactly. Frankly, I don't watch a lot of films so my list is going to be by default a little on the poor side, but 40 Year Old Virgin is crap, especially compared to what a lot of other people have listed/could have listed.

Americans thought 40 Year Old Virgin was comedy of the year, that pretty much confirms that they're a bunch of silly cunts.

Not saying everything Mudda says is right, but that is pretty spot on.

I thought 40 Year Old Virgin was great. Steve Carrell is just hilarious, his expressions and reactions to the stupid and idiotic plans his friends put him through. The waxing scene is hilarious, and the "You know how I know your gay?" scene is golden. You feel sorry for the character and really root for him to suceed.

Thats just my opinion though. I rated my list not only by how funny it is the first time, but by how funny it is the second and third time around. I just saw Clerks 2 for the second time and it was fucking gold. Elias is a great new character.
