EWB Band 100 III Results

For me, the list became null and void the moment it became Green Day vs. Red Hot Chili Peppers vs. Oasis vs. Metallica, so I can't say I'm shedding any tears over here.

I'm still bitter about Strung Out not cracking the top 100, when they had anough points to be around the high 60's (I think). Compiling a list of the best bands and not even adding it up right...a disgrace...plus if someone adds it up again, Metallica mightn't win. They're one of those bands I accept as great, but I just don't really like them that much.

Not a huge fan of Metallica but I can accept their position because, despite a certain member being a prick, the band in general has great talent and has proven time and time again that they belong among the panatheon of rock Gods.

And yeah, Metallica are one of the least worst (if that makes sense) bands you could have here, and deserve it more than the alternative of having RHCP, Oasis or Green Day at the top.
