In the course of updating the overall play league, I noticed just how....outright bad some of the early games are.

Stephen King Mafia is a prime example - the game runner is giving out clues throughout the game!!!

At another forum that I visit that runs mafia games, they outright give out clues in every game - their games would be dead otherwise. It baffled me the first time I saw it.

Yes. Which is a bad thing. If the player with Phoebe's role now gets forced into claiming, the scum know he/she's worth targeting because you gave them Phoebe's ability.

It's Eddie's first game. We all made mistakes in our first game. In my first game I'd write a character into the next update everytime someone claimed him. The mafia never claimed anyone, so I never wrote them in. But obviously, in such a small game, with a limited number of roles, I kind of gave away the mafia. We all learn, in my opinion.

Eddie's second game? Either way - it's early days.
