20 lines for every time you wanted to post for an entire day phase that could last for quite some time. Can you imagine if you just wanted to change your vote and had to type up a whole paragraph to do it? I was # 9 and probably would have just stayed silent for the whole day to avoid the trouble. So I will say something I've never said before -> Thanks for killing me when you did random scum guy.

Yeah, I realize everyone likes to joke like "Oh Norro won't have a problem with this" but no, see, line-by-line posting isn't my style and anyone who actually knows the kind-of tl;dring that I do will tell you that. I'm into paragraphs, not single sentences-- unless of course they're for added flavor/impact after a paragraph-- and being #21 on the list is rather disheartening because I'm going to have to find a way to put together 21 individual lines when I'd just rather not.

Chances are I'll type my normal way and just break up the paragraphs into single lines though. Still, kind-of annoying.

I had one in You Pick Mafia 2 (Rorschach?), and it didn't seem to be much of a game-changer in either direction. Then again, that was a game where claiming meant nothing and there were a shit-ton of crazy powers.

Also, I am not surprised to hear such things about a Ruki game.

I'm cool with scum cops, as long as they can't actively investigate anybody. HE'S SCUM, for crying out loud. He already knows who his enemies are. So the scum cop role needs to do something else.

That's terribly broken--the scum cop will be able to infer if any of his teammates fall under suspicion before the town can react.

I will say that when you're a protector? Scum cops really blow. There's nothing worse than protecting a cop that's given an indy or scum result at the beginning of the day, only to realize towards the end that he's scum and there's jack shit you can do about it.

Alternatively, as someone that's played scum cop before and won games because of it, it's not an awful role to have in the arsenal.

I see scum cops as better versions of con men. Cuz con men are horrible to play as, and even worse to deal with. Scum Cops are roles that are limited just because they exist, and if the game is balanced they don't really break anything so I don't see them being the worst role ever.

You wanna talk superfulous role? Bomb that isn't town.

I would say Ace and Ruki in Mafia Mafia, except that was more Ruki playing poorly and Ace playing even worse.
