So I'm sitting here in Montreal with nothing better to do. I decide to work on that game I said I'd have sign-ups starting for now-ish.

I've got all the roles figured out, and a few initial PMs written. Good enough.

This is a 24 player game. As is normal for me, it is NOT first come first serve - if you're not in the initial 24, and I think you'll contribute more than/I like you more than someone who is, he'll get bumped in favour of you.

LD - good question. The game will be based on the series of books - although there won't be any spoilers other than "oh, this character shows up at some point".

Be - Right, because if I was going to bump you ahead of someone like Slogger - I prefer to bump his mom - I'd have made you Don in my last game.
